Page 25 – Player Reviews for Tsars Casino

Perfect Casino! I play a lot at this casino they are very good! The support is very good! I want to stay at this casino!

Withdrawing money goes very fast !!
I just want them to stay really good not to change anything, because they are really the best and I want them to stay the best until the end!
I came to this casino via Strimer Classy Beef!

All good! I resent one thing!
It's just that the Casino doesn't give free spins without a deposit to people who have been playing there for a long time!

I appreciate that Tsars is a hybrid casino that accepts both fiat and crypto. I only began investing in crypto a few days ago. Them being a hybrid means I didn't have to leave. I don't want to start getting used to another website. This is already the most comfortable online casino I have ever played in.

Tsars promos are great so far it’s regular so it’s not confusing for me to figure out. But I would maybe appreciate some special promos from time to time from them.

After playing there I have quite good impressions. There was everything good with the withdrawal, it was made within 24 hours, so for me it's a good statistics.

I love it here. I mean, I really understood it easily unlike other sites that had me really confused at some point. This is amazing. Also, the bonuses are something that a player would really appreciate. There are so many, I enjoyed using them.

Nothing bad about this site, really. It is the most perfect one where I have played before. This was really worth my time and I hope others will appreciate it too.

The casino is very honest with its presentation. It is easy to navigate and it is straightforward with its terms and conditions. I have no complaints about the withdrawal and deposits. The customer service is responsive although I haven't had the need for something drastic like changing something from my account or fixing a transaction. Simple questions are quickly answered, though.

It does have all of the top games' but... frankly, I was hoping for something new. How many casinos have I visited with Book of Dead being at the first set of featured games or Jammin jars, Reactoonz. Granted those are great games but still.

Great selection of games, fun website, easy bonus terms and conditions, and very enticing promotions! I love my experience so far and I have zero complaints. I do see many warnings against it but I don't empathize with them.

I didn't actually see the reviews on trustpilot about the site before joining. The number of complaints there are worrying but I don't have experienced what they've been claiming. I've won and withdrawn without troubles.

Good variety of games to choose from, suitable payment option for me and my location
Website layout I like though maybe don't use your own thumbnails..

Recently removed Zimpler/Trustly as payment option for my location.
Max 2000€ daily cashouts.
States instant cash outs, which its not it takes up to few hours.

TSARS is one of the BEST Casinos I have ever played at and here is why:

The verification process was one of the fastest I have ever experienced. It was literally done within minutes!
After the fast verification the withdrawal was also processed immediately. No annoying pending time to get the player to refund his money.
Most Boni and Free Spins are wagering FREE. This is really great, as only few Casinos offer such Boni.
The Support is really friendly and helpful. All Questions are immediately forwarded to the correct departments and usually are processed within minutes.
The Game selection is really good and I found all my favorite games.
I like the design, as the Thumbnails are specially designed. It's refreshing to not always see the same old thumbs. Also I did try some new games as I thought the pictures were kind of cool.
Withdrawal charges only if you do not rollover the deposit 2 times, which is a common rule in casinos.

Negative is not the correct wording, but maybe there could be a few improvements regarding:

No 24/7 Support, BUT the service is only few hours not available.
The withdrawal limits should be higher. 2000€/day is not very much. But you can have other Limits as VIP Player.
The Bonus Manager does not answer negative bonus requests, which is a bit annoying when you're waiting.

BUT the Customer Service will always tell you the status.

Hard to like anything after been charged 10% commission on withdrawals even though I did not accept a bonus. It was all good before I got charged 10% commission.

10% commission on withdrawals even though I had a net loss.
I deposited a total of 150 and withdrew 80 but was charged 8 so only got 72.
Please note, this commission is not deposit bonus related. It couldn’t have any returning customers after this charge. Rating is somehow high and fooled me into playing.

Absolutely superb! I first thought of online casinos as drab in design but the first impression with Tsars is great so I signed up right away.
I also happen to enjoy live games a lot and they have so many to offer.

Most people like it flashy but the site is very simple and straightforward so it’s nice for me and no issues.
They also have the weekly surprise bonus thing which is a plus for that added bit of fun.

I am amazed when I first saw this site. So pleasing to look at. Great game selection. It's a beeze playing here. Also works fast on my computer unlike others. Plus, they have tons of bonuses.

Deposited with Litecoin, trying to cashout but there is no withdrawal options for me while they do actually advertise Litecoin as a withdraw option.
Live chat doesn't exist at night so there is no way to fix this issue without waiting probably for days.

This casino offers an impressive selection of games. They’re fun and definitely exciting to try! What even hooked me more on this site is it’s mobile-friendly.

Their regular bonuses are amazing because they have fun surprises sometimes but I think they should have more special promotions especially with the slot games.

I'm very happy for all the games they have and they all launch quite fast, design is very cool and everything seems easy and cool.
Also when contact support its fast.

Withdrawal problems, now for the second time they cant complete my withdrawal to my revolut account/card. " technical issue"
All I can do is wait...for how long. Its a little bit disturbing

Absolutely top3 casino in whole industry! Great bonuses, all the best games, flawless support, very nice design, easy to navigate and the most important thing very very very fast withdrawal. Just made my first and verification + wd processing took about 10minutes. Jawdropping work, keep it up guys I love u!

Only thing I have to mention is bonus maxbet which is 3eur. This shud be 5e as usually, but with this kind of fast operating of wds and verifications it's not big thingy.

Site looks nice. They put in effort to make it look nice.

€500 withdrawal limit per WEEK from any money generated by the welcome bonus... Then what is the point? It’s a nasty anti-player move that is only in place to tempt you to spend your winnings before you can withdraw. You can’t even put a loss limit on your account. Never ever playing here again.

The great thing about Tsars is that there are a lot of games that I haven’t seen on other sites. I like all the progressive slots that I can choose from.

As long as I can remember, I did not have a difficult time placing my bets or withdrawing my winnings. I use skrill on this site and I’ve had smooth processing so far!

In my opinion one of the best online casino these days.
Desing Instant and Mobile version run smooth and with none issues. Live chat support professionals. Withdrawal to Ecopayz take 5 seconds.
Recommended.

I didn't see any cons on Tsars.
Maybe add in future some new deposit methods like Neteller, Skrill , Much better will be nice.
Personally I use Ecopayz for gaming .

Tsars Casino has been around since 2020 and is owned by RR Investments N.V. and operates under a gaming license from the jurisdiction of Curacao. This casino is sister to Zen Casino. This casino has a fantastic site, with its futuristic theme as well as an extensive list of games on offer. What's more, your experience at this casino will start on a good footing due to the massive welcome package that is overflowing with bonus cash and free spins. And from there on it only gets better due to mid-week and weekend reloads.

They have a huge gaming library, with a lot of popular and highly volatile providers such as Relax Gaming, Push Gaming, Nolimit City, and more. The live casino is also huge as you can find a huge variety of Black Jack and Roulette tables for table lovers.

There is an impressive set of promotions available to both new and regular players. The new registrants are in for a special deal that will boost their accounts with bonuses up to a massive €2,000 and 200 free spins. You will be rewarded for each of your four deposits as follows, The first deposit gives you a 100% bonus of up to €300 plus 100 free spins.

The second deposit gives you a 50% bonus of up to €300 plus 100 free spins. The third deposit gives you a 40% bonus of up to €400. And lastly, the fourth deposit gives you a 25% bonus of up to €1,000. Each of these bonuses is subject to the 25x wagering requirements.

There is also a range of on-going promotions available, and you are in for the following extras that consist of daily bonuses, a Wednesday mystery bonus, and also the weekend reload bonus.

I have a no deposit freebie and been meaning to deposit here, but with a restriction on gambling deposit funds lately into e-wallets make it extremely difficult for me.

Customer support is great and you can get hold of them 24/7 shouls yu need anything anytie of the day.

I knew about Tsars in my ads. I like it so much. Very easy to scroll and find some games. The site is neat and the games are very fun and exciting. The bonuses are my favourite. There are so many.

I'm okay with the fact that they have amazing slot games. I will try their live games soon, it’s not as many as the slots but they still have a lot of options for me to play.

I like this site. Very easy to use and lots of great bonuses. I really enjoy it here and there are also nice games to choose from. So many slots. Really exciting selection.

I always play live poker on the site I hope there are more live games for me to try. What they have was fun but I hope there will be more since they are still new.

Beautiful, wonderful, and amazing online casino. It has amazing animated thumbnails that makes me feel like the entire website is a game in of itself! The deals consistently refreshed and they all have fair requirements so it is always comfortable to play for me.

Yes, the site is clean and comfortable for me but I do admit that there are some things I want to see changed. For example the Book of Dead is being featured in several other casinos for months. I think its time to give its slot to another new game.

There are a variety of interesting games to play! Also surprised that there is a huge variety of megaways slots! Also, the games are categorized according to their game provider.
Well, the bonus promotions are also a big plus! You just need to choose and claim!

I can filter the games by provider, I hope I can also try it with different genre especially with the slots games I like to play. I didn't really have a difficult time when it comes to depositing and withdrawing my winnings.

They really do have a cute user interface! Well compared to other sites I’ve been to. You can also easily navigate the site without getting lost. The best thing is that there are a lot of slot games to choose from, which is categorized based on its game provider.

I do not think that there is a con when it comes to playing with Tsars. Honestly, there are a lot of new interesting games that I haven’t seen on other sites. I just hope that they add more games.

The casino games are ok and are working pretty fast the support it's very quick and very nice to discuss with. They have a lot of games from all the providers...

I have won 7000 euros and they say daily limit 2000... But when I wanted to withdraw they say that they have set a limit for me... For 500euros per week... What is this I have never seen something like this... It's like they don't want u to withdraw and play all the money... If u win 20k u withdraw in almost 1 year... To bad the casino is so nice but this thing with the new limit made me sick.

I have haon a lot of games at Tsars, but I have not won a lot of money. I get no problems with getting paid and the game selection is excellent. New games are added from a variety of providers every week. I just never seem to hit anything over $40 or $50. Quick response from CS, but not a big winner.

I've been playing at Tsars for six months and from my experiences I would highly recommend this casino. As a player you want clear and transparent information and fast payouts and Tsars has provided that. My withdrawals have been processed within minutes. One major advantage is the bonuses. Where do you see 75% or 100% bonuses with a 10-15 wagering requirements these days? I haven't seen that in 10 years or so and I have played at a lot of casinos. For most deposits I have received wager free spins the following day.
They have put some real effort in providing a good looking and easily navigated site and it's a pleasure to play. As an experienced player I know by heart the signs of a casino that seems serious and reliable. But then you have to test it and Tsars casino stood the test brilliantly.

One thing is both a big advantage and disadvantage if you play with a bonus. On the plus side you don't have to worry about playing prohibited games when playing with a bonus because they won't be searchable or playable. That's a relief for sure. On the other hand I think there should be a reference to the general t&c for bonuses when you check the t&c for a specific bonus, but I have given some feedback on that issue and I trust this will be more clear in the future. As long as you're aware that whenever you play a bonus and try to search a game and you can't find it the reason is that the game is prohibited when playing with that bonus. When you know that everything is cool and you don't have to worry about playing prohibited games.

Well, a few providers that you find when checking out the site aren't available at all. Maybe they have been or they might be in the future but presently they aren't. Those providers need to be removed from the site.

They have a lot of slots (some don't work in some countrys). Account verify process is pretty easy (I send all, they rejected twice- I send the same paper third time and then was all ok. Strange.

Pretty much don't like casino at all-strange images of games, bonuses are hard to get ..I deposit 50€ and barely wager 30%..pointless..
Some games don't work at all and some games lag hard.

Really love my experience right from the start! Been playing here for three weeks and I can say the bonuses are exciting, the withdrawal and deposit are quick, and there are little to no hang-ups on the games so far.

I'm not sure if I am using the support chat right but the tsars one is not like a live chat version? I gave my name and email and my question and not like the chat one where you talk to someone, but it turned out okay because they reply quick. It was just new to me.

I'm enjoying the dynamic reward system. I like the surprises with the promos they have right now. It does let me have that with fast withdrawals and no problems with depositing in my account too.

I really appreciate how convenient it is to use but I would like some more noise with the site. It’s too plain for me. The search bar is helpful, but this casino could use more flare.
