I have been playing at Tsars for some time. My experience in the past has been great however after taking a break, i have found that recently the quality of the site is not the same. I made a deposit with a Neosurf voucher, which is as instant and failsafe as can be. The deposit was delayed for more then 20 mins and even after providing receipts and proof of payment, all the support could tell me whats she can see the deposit was made but for some reason the funds have not shown in my account.
