On the site it says that withdrawal is processed in under 24 hours. So let’s say you initiate a withdrawal at 2pm it will be pending until 1:40pm the next day to be rejected. You ask them the reason why the withdrawal was rejected, they will reply to you the next day at 1:30pm. Asking for some absurd documentation even the one you already sent when you joined their casino. But that was for account verification now they need it for withdrawal verification. So you send them more documents and restart the withdrawal process again. And it’s will be pending for 24hrs again to be returned to you. You are now left confused and angry. You download more documents and speak to them , they are some of the sweetest support staff you will ever speak to , and they will reassure you that you are about to get your funds any minute now. And right before the 24hrs mark for the 3rd or 4th time your withdrawal is rejected. You will go back and forth for about a month. Because every time they will respond to you in after 23hrs. Just under the 24hrs mark. After a month of going back and forth. I told them to close my account and I will join at a later date . And they confirmed that I will be able to reopen my account. They said if I self exclude or if I’m banned permanently I won’t be able to play again.
I even received an email saying if I wanted to reopen my account I could contact them and get my account reactivated.
After about 5-7 months I wanted to give it another try but now they are saying that I won’t be able open my account ever again.
That says a lot about their commitment to their community and to their promises and everything they stand for .
They have powerful friends in the right places. Otherwise this casino wouldn’t stand a chance of surviving for a day given its failure to meet the industry standards for fairness and integrity and transparency.
