Page 3 – Player Reviews for Tooniebet Casino

I’ve played a few rounds of slots here, and I’ve enjoyed some nice rewards. This casino never disappoints! The gameplay is smooth, and the graphics make the experience even more exciting. I always look forward to coming back for another spin.

I love that it’s a Canadian casino, very new but has the vast majority of games that are hard to find under one operator. Talk about bonuses. This casino has some of the most generous rewards, bonuses and perks that you won’t get anywhere else. They are new so I had some issues with verifying my account. But……. Here is where things go wrong

I loved playing at this casino that has every single game you need. You sign up with tooniebet you won’t need to sign up anywhere else. But we had some issue verifying my account as my debt card doesn’t have my name on it. But as a Canadian casino they should know that better than anyone that in Canada u can walk into a bank and get a debt card which won’t have your name on it. I had 3000$ in the account waiting for verification. Lost the money still waiting .
On the site it says that withdrawal is processed in under 24 hours. So let’s say you initiate a withdrawal at 2pm it will be pending until 1:40pm the next day to be rejected. You ask them the reason why the withdrawal was rejected, they will reply to you the next day at 1:30pm. Asking for some absurd documentation even the one you already sent when you joined their casino. But that was for account verification now they need it for withdrawal verification. So you send them more documents and restart the withdrawal process again. And it’s will be pending for 24hrs again to be returned to you. You are now left confused and angry. You download more documents and speak to them , they are some of the sweetest support staff you will ever speak to , and they will reassure you that you are about to get your funds any minute now. And right before the 24hrs mark for the 3rd or 4th time your withdrawal is rejected. You will go back and forth for about a month. Because every time they will respond to you in after 23hrs. Just under the 24hrs mark. After a month of going back and forth. I told them to close my account and I will join at a later date . And they confirmed that I will be able to reopen my account. They said if I self exclude or if I’m banned permanently I won’t be able to play again.
I even received an email saying if I wanted to reopen my account I could contact them and get my account reactivated.
After about 5-7 months I wanted to give it another try but now they are saying that I won’t be able open my account ever again.

That says a lot about their commitment to their community and to their promises and everything they stand for .

They have powerful friends in the right places. Otherwise this casino wouldn’t stand a chance of surviving for a day given its failure to meet the industry standards for fairness and integrity and transparency.

I didn’t expect to get a free spins just because my deposit was declining. A big thank you to their support team for helping me. You guys are awesome!

Tooniebet Casino has a great selection of games, and the site is easy to navigate. The registration and verification process was quick, and payments are processed without delays. The bonus terms could be a bit more flexible, but overall, it’s a solid choice. I also appreciated the help I received from Abby when I had some issues!

I really enjoy playing at Tooniebet Casino. There’s a great selection of games, and I’ve had some good luck so far. The site could load a bit quicker, but overall, my experience has been fantastic. I feel safe knowing it’s licensed and would definitely recommend it to others.

The gaming experience at Tooniebet Casino has been really enjoyable for me so far. Transactions are quick and hassle-free, which is always a plus. I’ve had fun exploring a variety of games, and I’ve found something for every mood. However, I do feel there’s room for improvement in the promotions department, especially for regular players like myself. That said, customer support has been excellent, and the game selection is top-notch, so I’m definitely satisfied overall!
