I registered here hoping to get the massive 200% bonus but I didn't since my country is restricted from participating in promotions unless otherwise stated. The variety of software providers is astonishing massive. Literally you can play anything you desire. Verification process wasn't completed until on the 3rd day I went on chat and the agent completed it and verified my account. Later I deposited (minimum deposit 20euros) but I wasn't lucky. But the slots got good rtp. Later I received a special promo only for me which gave me 40% hopefully I will take it soon.

The only thing I didn't like was that in order to find the bonus terms its kinda perplexed. Except that everything's cool.

The bonus cannot be forfeit, you have to complete the wagger even if your have like 30000 Euros in real money and only 10 euros in bonus money, but Thats why you always have to read the T&C and bonus policy.

The customer support is horrible, it can take upto 30 or 40 minutes to get something resolved.

I used a bonus which had 50% and 50 freespins on any net ent game however when I went to choose a net ent game, the freespins weren't there, headed over to customer support and someone who typed in english (I'm from Norway so expected someone from Norway to reply like usual) said that I would have to play it on book of dead, but as the terms and promotions stated, I could use it on any net ent game, turns out that there are different welcome bonuses for different countries and I was subjected to the UK one which had 50 spins on book of dead, which is really bad considering I am from Norway and should be subjected to the Norwegian Terms & Promotions, now the guy in the support told me I could play my book of dead spins and tell him when I was done so he could take my bonus balance, he refused to let me play it on any net ent game I desired, so after I did the spins, I went back to support and was put with someone who typed in Norwegian, told him my situation and what the guy had told me to do, after he removed my bonus balance, I told him again how the Norwegian welcome bonuses are different from the UK one, he didn't even respond to it and said "Is there anything else I can help you with?".

TLDR: Was subjected to the UK Bonus Terms and promotions when I am from Norway and they have their own Norwegian terms & Promotions, was told to use my spins on book of dead which is what you get in UK Terms & Promotions and not an optional net ent game like in the Norwegian terms & promotions, talked to another guy in customer support and he removed my bonus balance and completely ignored my situation.

Conclusion: Stay away if you want what is promised with bonuses, play if you don't really care for a fuck up or two despite customer support having no leniency when they're clearly in the wrong.

Everything was ok until you will take a withdraw. Many games and quickly chat.

Since I have a little bonus saldo I can not take a withdraw and they will not take this bonus away. I have never seen that on any others casino.

Liked this casino alot, there was a good bonus and helpful support. They really responded fast and the bonus was instantly. Liked also how u could choose not to have a bonus. as the other bonuses are abit smaller so fine to have the option. Games worked well, except for one, but it worked later on.

I dont like the free spins coming with your welcome bonuses, because of the high wagering and you have to fulfill this wagering before you can make a withdraw from your original balance which you already wagered.
And the 2nd or 3rd welcomebonus, the one with 25 percent, is not interesting being a low or midroller .
My suggestion is, just take the 1st welcome bonus and play without bonus the 2nd and 3rd time.
One more thing I dislike is the rewardsystem, Temple Tokens. One has to play quite a lot for a few free spins and or abt 10 years to earn a ballpoint. Ok, an expensive one but this needs improvement.
