I am not sure what's the point to put a unique bonus code for each level on their offer letter, if the bonus was only claimable through a live agent whom not even available 24 hours everyday. After chat with their live supporter, I was told they won't able to credit any of those bonus I suppose to get, but their customer care team would take good care of me next day once they started their shift. Then, next day, I received $30 dollars bonus play in my account. I am not sure if that was just my English or live support's English problem there, but a $30 dollars sticky bonus on a $500 cash deposit doesn't sounds like a good take care of. I then questioned the live supporter again, they told me that don't worry, I would get a good cashback bonus the coming Monday as well. It sounded fine to me and I let it go.
In Sunday, I made another $500 deposit after received another similar offer with different free spin games. You can say I did not read their T&C's before I deposit my money. Yes, I would take the lost and blames to myself again because the careless of reading those policies on their Casino.

Because, I used VIP tokens to exchanged $63 dollars last week, that's why I was only entitled for $49 dollars back. Haha, made me remember a song called "Hotel California" You can win any time you want, but you can never cash out ur winnings.
Overall, if you are here to play for fun, I think they are okay. But if you are here to gamble, I suggest you go somewhere else. Your odds to getting profit here is very very slim.
