Nothing at all. I found this casino because I am from germany and most of you maybe know, that we are restricted to 1 Euro/Spin Betsize and a monthly limit of 1000 Euro.
So I registered and spent some thousand euros there, and i had some fun. Was an up and down but hey... thats my own fault and no complain about that.
I got contacted by them, I think it was about bonus, because they recognized my betsize and my depostis. I said directly, that I do not accept bonuses with wager requirements, so I wont take any of these and if they want to give me a bonus, it has to be a cashback without wager requirements or if so, than better nothing.
After some days I was trying to gamble some, but I couldnt login. Wrote them 2 mails asking why, but I got not a single respond. After days I found a mail from them in my spam folder, that they closed my account because I didnt verify. So I lost some thousand euros there, my account got closed (because their mail was in my spam folder) and they did not reply to 2 of my mails.
Bad support, extremly less well known provider (so no play n go, push gaming, thunderkick...). Can absolutely not recommend this casino, if the treat highroller like this
