Not paying me 6600 Euro

Hello,

I am very disappointed in the Spinnallot as I did not get paid what I won. I played on 02/12/2023 date deposit over 1200 euros I won a big amount of 6600 euros.

I had to do many verifications, to verify myself: Passport, Utility bill, Source of wealth, Connecting bank statement with source of wealth, Certified bank statement with a stamp, which they made me get with the bank.

I am 100% verified myself and proof that I am the legit person in question!!!

All seems fine until I get this disturbing mail that I am not getting paid and my balance is confiscated. I proved in full that I am the person in question. I had a lot of trouble getting these documents for them. There is no reason not to pay me. I never did anything fraudulent.

I hope askgambler can help and mediate for me this must be a mistake.

Based on Article 9.5, Spinnalot has the right to close an account if the player is found to be in breach of the terms and conditions or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach. Providing false personal or payment information is one such breach.

Furthermore, according to Article 9.6, accounts closed for breaching the terms and conditions may have all balances removed, bonuses and winnings voided, and withdrawals denied."
