You can send documents, will be accepted after 3 days, but account is still not verified. You will be asked about next documents, and will be checked in next 3 working days.

When I ask questions about it in the chat, they tell me that it’s paid by their side 8 days ago, and that I must contact my bank. I did of course, and my bank agent told me that it’s impossible that a sepa bank transfer takes so long..
