I specifically requested self exclusion on November 18th. My email was clear. "I wish to self-exclude effective immediately. The VIP manager send an email back a couple days later saying I shouldn't make a quick decision and that perhaps I would like a bonus instead. This should be considered criminal. I will escalate this to the highest level until they refund me all the money deposited from the moment I requested self-exclusion to the time they finally closed my account.
