I can say that the platform is usable overall, and it works perfectly well on a fundamental level; everything from registering an account to launching the main features was handled without any major technical hiccups.
However, quite a few sections are overly convoluted and unnecessary complicated to navigate; having a much better UX design would change a lot and improve the site significant for regular visitors.
The only good thing is the games. There are a lot of them and you can find the most popular ones.
Really bad and unclear bonus terms and conditions
-Customer service is really bad. they close conversations even when trying to get answers to questions
-Account verification process really slow. Documents are required several days before you even try to withdraw.
-A threatening person in text messages is trying to get you to cancel a withdrawal you made
-Withdrawal does not arrive as agreed within two days
Good variety of slots, customer service usually takes really long to answer. Also, depositing is easy, but the withdrawal process is a real hell, and I can not recommend.
Avoid this casino at all costs. I won 5000e which of they took 3000eur. The remaining 2300eur took almost 2 weeks to withdraw. I am a VIP player and still they usually have no clue where my money is going and why it takes so long. Most likely, the 1000eur withdrawal limit is due to they want players to lose their money. Also, really weak responsible gaming tools. Documents take really long time to be approved.

On top of that, the sportsbook limitations are extremely aggressive. After just four or five bets, accounts get restricted without warning or explanation. This makes it nearly impossible to use the platform in any meaningful way, especially for regular bettors. The combination of unresponsive support and unfair limitations creates a frustrating experience that drives users away. Overall, the casino feels unreliable, impersonal, and not worth the time or money.
