I have been this website two day, nice live casino game, nice customer service. But too less promotion.

I deposited here a few times but never played really serious actually :( Maybe, the problem is that I never got even twice the amount I deposited + bonus < winnings. So, I was demotivated by this situation. Royal Panda is so high in rankings that I am confused totally about this particular online casino. I am depositing rarely with bamboo bonus and only the minimum amount required to get bamboo goods :) Maybe, one day I will be become a usual depositor and so on.

Really on of the best casinos out there. I had an issue about a friend playing with my account for a few minutes and breaking terms of the bonus! I received an e-mail telling me that terms have been broken and that my bonus was voided.

I contacted support and explained to them that this was not me and this was a mistake, and I clearly didn't want to breach the terms. I asked them to restore my account to the previous amount (I had 300€+ of bonus win) which they did ! So I took my money back when they could simply remove it. The maxbet in bonus is €7. But they have some pitfalls in the bonus terms. In some slots the max bet amount is way lower (€`1,40) so playing on those slots is a risk losing your wins from your bonus if you aren't careful!

Personally I think the bonus structure is awesome I like the fact you can accept the bonus but it doesn't restrict your cash play on slots.. (as most casinos place all your funds in to bonus funds) meaning you can win on your initial deposit and still have the option to withdraw your winnings (obviously you lose the bonus but hey what are you complaining about you just withdrew :))

I have read so many good reviews about royal panda and their unique bonus structure so I decided to give them a try. I spent a little time reading through their t&c before depositing real cash. Their welcome bonus of €100 and the so called bamboo reload bonus of €150 sound good and the 35x wager requirement sounds fair also. That is when I read the fine print and said table/live games only count as 10% of the wagers requirements. Holy cow. So in order to cash the €100 bonus, you have to bet 350x in cash bet which will be €35000 just to get a €100. And all the points and future bonus will still need to fulfill the 350x requirements also. This is actually pretty bad compare to other major on line casino. Let's say I deposit €300 and get the max €150 reload bonus. I have to bet €52500 with my cash balance before I see any penny of the bonus. The live roulette game house has a edge 2.7%, 35x wager requirement you guys already made your money back. 350x is really shocking. Sorry for saying this

For some time I believe I have been confusing this casino with another, much less reputable panda themed casino so had been ignoring their advertising and threads regarding their website when I spotted them on the forums. Suddenly there seemed to be a flood of great publicity and reports about them, I can only guess that they decided to get more active on the affiliate sites or started to conduct some kind of promotional blitz because it really did seem to explode very quickly. I feel a little stupid now to have missed out on such a great casino for so long purely by not checking my facts!

When I finally did check out their site properly for the first time I was immediately impressed and felt sure that this must be another brand from one of the established multiplatform browser based casino groups but that does not seem to be the case as they have a unique license number not shared by any other casino. They also have a UK Gambling Commission license in addition to the more common MGA accreditation so I had no doubts playing here would be safe. With all the positive reports I had read I also felt reasonably sure I could expect fast withdrawals and fair bonus terms but as with any casino or group I am unfamiliar with I wanted to read the terms and conditions in full before choosing whether to sign up and deposit - I've simply been burned too many times before.

I wasn't sure what to expect with regards to withdrawals because AskGamblers state there is a pending period of 24 hours, but that e-wallets will be paid in 0-1 hours. This made no sense to me and is one of the things I tried to straighten out when I contacted support. Apparently, e-wallet withdrawals are processed immediately following authorization which is why they claim them to be instant.. the authorization period is 0-24 hours. This is a bit of a cheat I think, but I have to say that in practice most of my withdrawals have been received much faster than the 25 hours total stated time. I'd like to see a little more clarity with regards to this though. I've yet to try a card withdrawal but I imagine they will be sent just as fast after the authorization process, so the time taken to receive the funds will depend on the bank receiving the money.

Site has a nice layout and a decent selection of games. Registration and depositing was quick and painless, and everything is exactly where you would expect it to be.

The bonus system is where Royal P really falls down. It unfortunately (and unfairly in my opinion) has a very odd system. The 100% match with 35x wagering is pretty standard, but with one very major caveat. If at any point you dip into the bonus money the wagering will stop, and you'll need to redeposit in order to carry on the wagering, meaning that you could end up losing a lot more than just your initial deposit.

I've come across offers where the wagering only starts once you dip into the bonus money, and they're bad enough, but at least with those you have a chance of winning it back and the most you can lose is your deposit. This method is very much more insidious (again, in my opinion) as it directly appeals to problem gamblers mentality of 'just another few quid and i'm guaranteed to win it all back'. Luckily, I don't have that mentality and as a result, I decided to write off my initial deposit and walk away.

Absolutely not recommended though.

Their bonuses are not for everyone. I In particular dislike the bonus system very much. It can play in your favor, but if it doesn't very early on into your deposit you will wish you didn't take the bonus. For this reason along with the poor VIP system I give Royal Panda 4 stars.

Verification of documents prior to withdrawal was a bit long winded. Had to keep sending I.D. as they said it was not clear in image, which it was as I had checked. Each time I was then sent another email to ask for something else rather than requesting everything in one email. Long and drawn out even to the point of replying back if my phone number was correct. I had only been a member for a week. Anyways, took a few days but the payout was relatively quick, however maximum €5000 per day.

So what's to dislike ?

Selection of games. This site has most of the games I play on a regular basis.

I registered and made my first deposit at Royal Panda Casino. I deposited £40 and with 100% deposit bonus offered by Royal Panda I had £80 to play with.

I started playing on the Sterling Silver slot. I played for a bit and as it wasn't paying I changed game when I had £30 left and went to Mystic Dreams. Few minutes into the game I won the feature which gave me £185. I continued playing for a while and won a few more times. I logged off for a bit the  back in about an hour later and carried on playing. When my balance went up to over £400 I checked to see if I could withdraw and in my bonus section it showed I had £1400 to wager through and I had wagered only  £218.

I had been playing for a while so I knew I had wagered more than £218. I upped my bet and continued playing for hours. At one stage my balance went down to £80 then I won again and took my balance to £385. I kept checking to see if I could withdraw but still showed I had wagered only £218. I tried to with draw but message showed I had no funds. I went and played my 10 free spins on starburst. Won about 40p there. Checked my bonus again and showed I had to wager a further £15 because of the 40p I won on Starburst.

I wanted to speak to customer service to clarify this wagering requirement. As it clearly states in their T&C that I would have to wager the bonus 35x. Looking for a number to call customer service or a live chat but nothing. Have to speak to them through a message on their site which i know will take ages for them to reply back and i was on a roll with my games and didn't want to stop playing yet. I headed back to the slots upped my bet and kept playing hopping I would have gone through the wagering requirement and can withdraw my winnings.

I kept trying to withdraw but wouldn't let me. By round midnight I was getting tired and bored by then had about £285 so ended up playing the whole lot and lost all. Went back to check if i had met the wagering requirement and still no change. I sent them a message asking when will I be able to meet my wagering requirement and withdraw. I don't want to have to keep depositing an never be able to withdraw. They replied to me many hours later saying to make a withdrawal I need to deposit again and wager another £1180 in order for them to pay out the winnings using my Welcome bonus.  So that simply means that the welcome bonus is not welcoming at all if you have to deposit again in order to withdraw winnings you got from their Welcome Bonus. Why would you have the need to deposit again if your balance is good and all is going well. I would only deposit again once the money in my account is drained.

So to my understanding, this Welcome Bonus offered by Royal Panda is fake money. I call it fake money due to the fact that it's not withdraw-able no matter how much you have won using it or how many times over you have wagered it. It still won't be withdraw-able unless you deposit again and go through the wagering requirement using your cash money and winnings from from that.

Great if you deposited and started winning straight away on the money you deposited. But bad if you used up your own deposit and dipped into the Welcome Bonus money offered by Royal Panda. In this case I had used only about £10 or £20 of the casino Welcome Bonus before I was on a roll and my balance kept growing.

So in conclusion that's why my wagering requirements show that I only wagered £218 of the £1400 wagering requirement for the £40 Welcome Bonus given to me by Royal Panda and if I want to make a withdrawal I need to deposit and meet the wagering requirement again using my own money. Does this seem fair. I Think not. By the way I asked them for my gaming history on 3 occasions which I still haven't received. I like this site because they have all the games I like to play but this experience has put me off completely. I will have to look Dorset another site with the same games.
