My experience with Rolldorado Casino has been disappointing, mainly due to serious issues with the withdrawal process.
I joined the platform after seeing a promotion offering a 50 PLN free bet for correctly predicting a Champions League match. I managed to win 430 PLN from this bonus.
To withdraw the winnings, I was required to make a deposit and wager it once. I deposited 80 PLN and completed the wagering requirement. After some additional play, my balance increased to 680 PLN.
I requested a withdrawal on April 19 via Skrill, and that’s where the problems started.
Since then, the casino has repeatedly delayed the process by asking for verification documents I have already submitted multiple times, including:
proof of identity
proof of deposit
source of funds documentation
Despite providing everything requested, I have not received any clear explanation of what the issue is. Instead, I keep getting generic responses asking for the same documents again.
This creates the impression that the withdrawal process is being unnecessarily prolonged.
At the time of writing, my withdrawal of 680 PLN is still pending.
Overall, while the registration and gameplay were smooth, the withdrawal experience has been frustrating and time-consuming. Based on this experience, I would advise caution when playing at this casino, especially when it comes to cashing out winnings.
