Most things are in order plenty of games to play, website is well developed, live chat is always available, and yeah will stop there with the green comments their ok but need a few things looked at.

Ok onwards with the red section the time advised for withdrawals and pending it slightly incorrect I've exceeded those time frames having to deal with a measly amount of money and being made to wait over a simple kyc document review and the communication around the issue seems to be poor. When you have a withdrawal things went smoothly... Until this casino decided to do some convoluted upgrade to their system... I've lodged a complaint in regards to my missing withdrawals but that is not the point here.

I'm level 371 now, and the higher I go the worse I get treated here... I have missing withdrawals and I know there is some problem because Id gets them within 48 hours... I inquire about them and all I get is cut and paste responses and after submitting their requests I get more cut and paste answers..... to no avail... I do like this casino! They have a really good selection of slot machines. Winnings are not big, but quite frequent. I able to withdraw my winning whenever I want but it takes some time. Anyway, I am sure I always get my money.

Unfortunately I had problems with a payment that went missing that was sorted out whereby my account was blocked for a month. And now I'm still depositing 1k at least daily but due inactivity my account manager is not available because they had blocked my account. I'm at level 400 and can tell you one thing - since 2021. Rizk Casino doesn't support or appreciate loyal players in any way. Also the wheel of Rizk is so bad that you latterly can't get more then 10 spins or a really really low bonus money amount. I've seen several casinos that can give you way better don't start if u did stop!

Having sent all relevant documents to Rizk just last year I was asked to resend them. It's strange how this was only asked of me just a day after a £500 withdraw.
