Everything - slots pay and I absolutely love the ‘lock withdrawals’.

To achieve the daily bonus you have to reach the next level. Im lvl 11 and it will be maybe not necessary at a higher level, but it is annoying that im not able to take the daily boni even when i did a deposit one day before.
There is nothing good about this casino. The wheel and free spins....you don't win anything hardly maybe a couple of dollars at the most.
I went to make my first withdrawal. I was questioned why the mailing address is different on my utility bill, I explained but said the gas supplied to address is mine which is on the bill. This wasn't accepted by them so I sent in additional docs to prove my address. within a day I had two emails saying my account is now verified. Great I thought.
THEN two days later I get another email saying the team have reviewed my account and my utility bill isn't acceptable. I replied I know, I went through all this yesterday explaining why the mailing address is different, provided additional docs which were accepted. they replied asking for an alternative utility bill. I thought maybe they are asking because I emailed rather than uploaded on their website so I uploaded the additional docs and asked them why I was verified now I'm unverified???? No answer to this, just that my utility bill wasn't accepted. I wait, hear nothing, emails go from 30in -1hr response times to nothing. emailed for an update almost 24 hrs later, was told my docs are 'waiting' to be reviewed. Waited another day or so, still nothing. Contacted live support, had to explain everything that had happened, no centralised notes system, very frustrating. She said she will get someone to get in touch with me. Get an email the next day, 'we would ask you to Kindly provide alternative proof for your address so I uploaded docs again. Still waiting, hearing nothing. Meanwhile I gave in and spent my winnings which is annoying.
So in short, what a bunch of incompetents with crappy, inefficient processes. I swear they are just stalling tactics so they don't have to pay out as I provided everything that was asked. Also, one of the first reps I dealt with couldn't tell me why the withdrawal couldn't go to my credit card which is what I deposited from and just said ask your bank, I don't know, I don't know why it's not letting you. Surely I'm not the first person that this has happened to??? why can I withdraw to my credit card for other casinos??? why is it just this casino that I've encountered that issue??? useless. I have worked in customer service for many years and there is no way that our company would allow reps to provide this level of service or have processes that are so inefficient, keeping customers waiting with unresolved problems for days, no certainty about when you will hear from someone, backtracking on what they have said.
I wouldn't recommend this casino to anyone.
It's been a week and a half and I'm still waiting........ I have emailed many times, I get a response saying sorry for the confusion someone will be onto it etc etc but no response after that.
They are the WORST for verification....I totally agree with Midnightrider above., I sent them scanned copies of everything. After waiting 5 days for my withdrawal I contacted them only to be told that the documents needed to be photographed not scanned. i9 So I did that ....TWICE and they said that th elight was not rif=ght and this and that.....INCREDIBLE!! To top it all they wanted a picture of my OLD card,,,,,one that I had destroyed on onstruction from my bank. And STILL I wait for my money.

I always set my deposit limits with casino's. I wanted to deposit £2000 to do a bonus hunt so changed my deposit limit on the 29th Dec 2018. This takes 24 hours then you have to contact support to confirm it..next day I tried to confirm it with support..there was a problem so they said they would sort it asap...I contacted support 8 times during the next 3 week's!!!absolutely nothing was done. I even received an email to say the deposit limits had been changed and my new limit was £2000...it never did change so contacted support one last time, still nothing so I closed my account and went elsewhere..very odd.
