I am submitting a formal complaint against redchips.com (operated by Codex B.V., holding License No. OGL/2024/894/1037) regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue, groundless cancellation of my transaction, and a complete lack of support communication.

Chronology of the Issue:

Withdrawal Request: Approximately 20 days ago, I requested a withdrawal of my balance amounting to 1,900 USDT via the TRC-20 network. Prior to this, my account had been fully verified, and all KYC requirements were successfully met.

Stalling and Assurances: For almost three weeks, the casino's support team continuously delayed the process using various excuses. However, they explicitly assured me that my payout was officially "approved" and would be processed shortly.

Unexpected Cancellation: Instead of sending the funds, the casino ultimately cancelled my withdrawal, citing vague and unverified "technical issues" as the reason.

Silent Treatment: Following the cancellation, the support staff informed me that their team would contact me via email as soon as the issue was resolved. Since then, no one has reached out to me. Furthermore, the support team is now completely ignoring all my chat messages and email inquiries.

I have played fairly, fully complied with all terms and conditions, and completed my verification. The operator's behavior—falsely promising a payout, cancelling it under the guise of technical errors, and subsequently cutting off all communication—clearly violates fair gaming and financial standards.
