My documents were verified one hour later. Since than they never wrote to me what is hapening. They are saying only this all the time: Your withdrawal is still being reviwed I have sent the responsible department an email Asking to treat your case with high priority. Hi I am disgusted with this casino, I was lucky enough to win £3046, and then after withdrawing the funds, they asked for documents, which I sent them and they have confirmed these have been fully verified. I have then contacted them serveral times, and they are saying "Following our phone conversation I would like to remind you that your withdrawal request has been put with the highest of priorities and once we have an update on the matter or have processed it we will further update you." The Above message was a week ago, which in my opinion is not professional at all, as they have not got back to me. Unethical practice!

Yeah, so I'm not sure why you rejected my previous complaint, but here's some more proof for you to chew on. Like I've stated, this casino randomly shut down my account and stated that I had requested to freeze my account, which is clearly a lie. I happen to have the proof for it here and I'll attach it to this complaint. As you can see, the chat transcript with colors are authentic, whilst the one in black and white only is a fake - it's pretty obvious by the way its written that I do not write like that. So I hope you'll to let this complaint through as this casino is purely messing with their customers for no apparent reason. They were supposed to send me an email stating that they would "unfreeze" my account, but that has yet to happen.

I am trying to withdraw less than 200 euros but I can't pass their verification process. I have provided every document they asked for but they also wanted to have a photo of me holding my ID which in itself is not something they mention in their terms and conditions and is insulting to the customer. Anyway I sent it to them but they say the document is "not clearly readable" although it is very clearly readable and one can't take a better photo unless buying a better camera. Me being fan of no deposit bonuses or a free chips, I'Il always go with that motto, when I have occasion, try before you buy, why not use their welcome no deposit bonus. Searching for some newly casinos and lately I must admit there are tons of them, which by me, not a good sign, because I came across any kind of casinos, fake licence, fake Netent games etc, so extra caution in new added casinos.

So I found on one site 10 euros free chip from this casino and of course decided to use it. The no deposit bonus of 10 euros had extra weird wagering of 125 wagering which by my opinion is the biggest wager I have found and play with, but since I had nothing to do that day I decided to play for a while.

This new casino has Microgaming and Netent games so with tiny bonus such as 10 euros not much to be played. Of course I choose to play Starburst game, hoping I could play for a while and who knows maybe wager that huge bonus. Maybe a bit weird, but Starburst slot is behaving really weird lately. I have been playing this game for very long time, but so many empty spins from all this time I didn't see so far. I don't know what Netent are doing, but something is wrong with this game.
