The promotions if they were real, that has yet to be unseen. The use of their site is easy, and probably would be a great place to make wagers, if I didn’t have such a negative first experience I would probably say this is a great casino

That I feel I was lied to about their promotions, their support would email me saying they are taking care of it but still nothing. The promotion was a lie to bring in more customers. They had a promotion that if you wagered $50 they would send you a bottle of whiskey. I did this and since it has been almost two months and still no whiskey. I have multiple emails from their support with excuses and saying they are working on it. But now my emails are going unanswered. They offered a promotion they are not honouring, they will not give me an answer other then they are working on it. I have emails to prove all of this. I would probably stay away from her because of shady promotion tactics like this. If you offer a promotion you should honour it

Only thing I can say that needs improvement is I would occasionally get kicked out of my game, but that happens on a lot of sites.
