Where has this Casino been hiding? I asked myself when I came across it randomly, here at AskGamblers. It turned out to be an excellent choice. And if you can I implore you to give it a spin.

Not only is the first Welcome Bonus a 100% match but the first 3 are as well and I’m the sort of gambler who unless I’ve had a successful first bonus I very seldom take the second or third because the match is usually much lower, as you’re all aware and with so many casinos vying for our business, plus the fact I like trying out new places as well, it doesn’t make a lot of sense to me.

The wager here is a very reasonable 30x and the minimum deposit is only $10 which works for many. I like a lower deposit because it’s easier to wager but because of the 30x I believe I first deposited $21 then $22 and both times I initially was doing ok but tbh earlier that evening I was out celebrating a friend’s birthday so I was under the influence and I think I made the common mistake of not leaving a game when it’s given everything, still I cling! But I had a feeling and with my third and final deposit of $23 I could do no wrong, every game I tried was hot and I quickly made the wager and believe I had around $500 profit but still hot I started betting higher and before I knew it I had a balance of over $2300!

I only enjoy the live games when I can bet really high amounts so I tried some live casino games at this point, trying to catch a big win like I did this past Summer when I was up at another casino and hit the Crazy Time on a $20 bet, outrageous! I like the fast withdraws. And they do give a lot of bonuses but of course I’ve never yet been able to wager one of their cash bonuses. They want me to keep adding more to the positive comment, but at the time I have nothing positive to say.

During that period, you said that you wanted to keep your account open so we re-opened the account as per your request. Given what you have now told us we have permanently closed your account.

Verification: fast-- no issues with my deposits and withdrawals whatsoever.
Communication: stellar-- I've communicated extensively with their support team. I suspect it wasn't very pleasant having to hear from me so often. Still, they were always very responsive; very forthcoming. No non-sense and quite friendly. An account manager handled my issue personally. And so it wasn't "faceless." That I feel I was lied to about their promotions, their support would email me saying they are taking care of it but still nothing. The promotion was a lie to bring in more customers. They had a promotion that if you wagered $50 they would send you a bottle of whiskey. I did this and since it has been almost two months and still no whiskey. I have multiple emails from their support with excuses and saying they are working on it. But now my emails are going unanswered. They offered a promotion they are not honouring, they will not give me an answer other then they are working on it. I have emails to prove all of this.
