If u deposit 20 usd match bonus 100 % than bonus 20 usd with wagger 45 x. It's so crazy u only can play with real money but u must wagger 900, crazy, but the bonus is garbage, can't play. Mid-range casino as for me. I was able to register and withdraw without any verification, but my transfers are near 100-200$. Fast access and huge games list is the most essential pros of playfortuna.

Sh***y bonus policy, you can't play with your welcome bonus and a similar situation with the 50FS on 1st deposit, you have to do the wager through real money only. No instant withdrawals (next day as usual).

Tried several times to close my account and wrote to them the first time that I want to self exclude myself...as a problem gambler of course I went back and asked for it to be reopened.. which they did..this closure and reopening occurred a total of 3-4 times... every time I asked to reopen although clearly stating I have a problem, I would get it reopened. However, I was at $1000 and tried to withdraw this multiple times and kept running into issues on my first few withdrawals. I played and lost another $200 waiting for my withdrawal to finally go through, which it did successfully in the end.

The withdrawl limits and system I won 96k 2 weeks ago and am unable to withdraw it because they expect me to either deposit 5kusd a month and wager 15k each month to increase my withdrawl limit to 20k a month. Its extremly hard to find these terms when first signing up so now im stuck withdrawing 5k a month for 2 years.

Gaming wise a good casino.But remember to read their Terms & Conditions correctly. I thought they were offering a 100% first deposit bonus when it in fact you have to wager your real money in order to unlock the bonus.

I came across this casino a few days ago while I was looking for some welcome bonuses which has set min deposit bellow 20€. After I found this one I decided to create account at their casino.

After I made account I went into cashier and I made deposit of around 17€. After that I saw that I had the same amount of bonus money – it was written near to account menu. Later I opened the game Dead or alive but my bonus money was not updated. So my balance was on my deposited amount. I decided to contact live chat support and I asked them about the bonus. They said that I can get this bonus after I complete the W.R… what the hell? I was really surprised and dissapointed at that point. I expected that I will get the bonus money right away so I could play with it.

I had so far completed $254 out of the required $1350, needing another $1096 to complete it all!

Let me get straight to the point! If Play Fortuna is expecting me to make many more deposits just to get that blardy $30 bonus money, they must be mad! At first glance, it is a very interesting place. Pleasant and convenient navigation through the website, also available suitable for me payment system.
I like that games are constantly updated. Was very surprised when received free spins without a deposit, by the way information on the site states that deposit is needed.

Downside is the lack of Polish support. Waited 3 days for a withdrawal. Sometimes it takes awhile for the site to load.

If you are from the UK avoid this casino at all cost, they allow you to sign up and deposit but you are unable to play any games at all and if you are like me and can only access their site through a mobile device, then you will not be able to withdraw your deposit again as you can only do that on their pc site. And have spoken to customer services a few times about refunding my deposit but they just tell me no and that I have to withdraw it myself which I've explained to them I cannot do but surely if you can accept payments then they can refund them, and the live chat is very slow and not very helpful at all, one to avoid.

This is an update on a previous negative review I left recently, the issue related to the fact that none of the games would load for UK players.

Claim to be a mobile casino platform which can be used "when in the UK". This is not true and have found I am unable to play. Won't respond to emails and their online support just strings you along with bogus fixes to get round the country you are in.

Absolutely nothing. I registered and made a deposit via Neteller as I do not own a credit card. I tried to play the slots which are 95% microgaming, one SSG and the rest playboy.
