Play24bet Casino - Self exclusion refunds
Hi there I hadAn account with this casino which after a while I realised that I was starting to struggle with gambling problem.

I then went onto the website and found something called self exclusion and the Ecogra which also explain on play24bet sites, i contacted customer support on online chat on 15/01/20 explained serious gambling problem (to which they tried offering free bets) then agreed email them and they will definitely self exclude me straight away as per it says once you are so excluded you cannot reopen your account (copy of email attached)

I then assumed all is okay and all I’ve been self excluded however I went back onto the website on the 27th of February and I could still login and thereforeWent on To lose several more thousand pounds. I then went back onto the online chat and spoke to Xander as per attached and Asked why on earth the account had not been permanently close as per their self exclusion option Xander did not have much answer to this, I told him that I have a gambling problem on the online chat (as attached) as I did on the 15th of January , Later on in the chat he informed me that he would email the team to make sure the self exclusion was processed as I had originally emailed it over on the 15th of January 2020. I then tried to logon a few days later on which the account with showing as blocked and I could then no longer login which was great.

I then went on to the online chat on the 24th of February and asked them is it account closed permanently or am I able to reopen it, I was told yes of course it can be reopened no problem at all and no questions were asked, unfortunately as I am an addict with a gambling problem I went on to lose about £6000 in one evening.

I then made a complaint about this and felt under the Circumstances I at least Should get the £6000 back not even including the original few thousand I lost on the basis that is never processed the self exclusion in the first place but surely once it was in place and then they we opened it I should be entitled to that 6000 back due to the breach.

I got no reply for a while however somebody called Lola reply to me once They knew I was going to ask gamblers and she said she would look into the case. I then received an email from her as attached confirming the refund will be processed this week so again I completely thought they agreed To refund as their clear error and breach was the sole reason for me losing his money. I then got an email from her again a few minutes later saying they’re not going to do it just yet they will come back to me within a week that was 2.5 weeks ago and I’ve sent them atleast 10 chaser emails and now they just ignore me and have never replied since. It’s been a month since complained and received no proper response

Nothing is good about the website it doesn’t work on IOS and the withdrawal process and customer service is non existent. Stay away from the website if you want to see any kind of money back.

Asked to self exclude after first deposit as I’m a problem gambler and soon realised how bad the website was anyway especially the withdrawal process. It takes 10 days for them even to look at it and I knew this would cause me issues down the line hence why asking to self exclude. I must if spoken to the live chat agent 4 times and sent two emails. They ignored my first self exclusion request and funnily enough after losing quite a bit of money they eventually replied a week later saying sorry it went into our spam folder! I Have proof of email and taking this further. Joke of a website not just for customer support but fact they encourage problem gambling by ignoring emails and how slow the withdrawal process is!

Poor customer service, support never reply to ur emails. Been nearly 10 days and my withdrawal as still not been processed. Stay clear of this site they are fast enough to take the money but won't payout hoping you spend ur winnings that stays in ur account until it gets processed and that's if it ever does there. Nothing but a rip off

My initial experience of the casino was good, but that did not last long. The customer service agents on live chat were very good. Games were very good and varied. Site was easily to get around.

Quite a bit. They never respond to emails. I asked for my account to be closed on 8th March via email following their Ts&Cs and no one actioned this or even responded to my email.
Extremely slow withdrawal processes. Withdrawal arrived 2 weeks late. Had to chase a number of times to find out why it was late and was told three different reasons why. The accounts department blocked my account as they said I wan not understanding or their resource situation as I was messaging them too much to find out why I was being told conflicting information.

They sent my personal details out via email to other customers, breaching GDPR laws.

They don’t deal with complaints. I raised complaints directly with the casino via email and they did not even respond. I raised complaints with two external companies, one being Ask Gamblers about the above issues and again they did not have the decency to respond Let alone deal with the complaint.

Extremely poor casino

A while ago created an account , but never player here. So I received an promotion emails and because I did not wanted to receive them I unsubscribed, at least I thought so.
Because I kept receiving emails I contacted live chat, and they would fix it. Well guess what, I kept receiving emails. So I sent them like a dozen emails and contacted live chat that they had to stop sending me emails. Till today I keep receiving emails. I will never play here.

Chat is available and quick response. Did not play on the website so nothing to say about it. Looks like they have enough games. Dont know what to say more positive

You cannot set a deposit limit. I wanted to close my account because of that and my gambling problem and in the chat they told me I only can do that by email. Then they keep pushing me to make a deposit before canceling my account because they has great bonusses and I had to try the casino. Very bad of them, knowing the person has gamling issues.

Nice site layout and quick verification. Some half decent games too. The site is not glitchy and it runs fairly smoothly. Half decent first deposit bonus.

Where to begin... When I played on mobile, every half hour or so the site would kick me off and I'd have to log in again.
Not many games work in the UK.
Worst of all, I asked on live chat to self exclude and their rep Xander told me not to be so rash and that he'd add some money to my account tomorrow so I should keep playing! I have emailed AskGamblers to try and get these pirates blacklisted.
