I've been playing on play24bet for a while now and never had any problems with withdrawals and if there was an issue I was always kept up today’s with any delays but always had a response and got paid.
For the last 2 weeks I've been told it would receive part of my withdrawal €1500 on Monday and the rest €3400 the following Thursday, this didn’t happen so I contacted chat and they kept saying really sorry this will be paid today....they said that everyday.
I would usually email Andrew my account manager who would usually always respond but hasn’t been, customer support has also not responded and neither have the finance department. I've emailed on various occasions asked on live chat to speak to a manager either on there on by phone as no one is replying and getting back to me as promised.
I’m a loyal player I’m not unfair I just want my winning and not to be ignored. As you can see from the emails abs screenshots I’m just at a loss at what else I can do before going down the legal route?
