Good evening, I am writing to yourselves to see if you can help with an on going problem I have had for the last 6-8 weeks with the casino Play24bet. I have been waiting for a withdrawal from them for nearly 6 weeks now and I have no idea how else I can obtain my funds I am owed. I have spoke to their online chat host "Amanda"probably twice a week for duration of the 6 weeks to be told to be "patient" - I have also been told to email their support team which I have numerous times but as expected no response. It states online that the withdrawal can take up to 10 working days (which I have waited a lot longer). I have kept a record of all transactions / conversations and communication I have made with the casino. The withdrawal online has been on the same status "the withdrawal request has been received and is pending processing " - its been like this for over a month. I am currently waiting for £8533.54 (which keeps going up and down due to the Euro and them taking so long). Please can you advise on what I can do to get my funds.
