Overall
Planet 23 Casino is taking a more old fashioned approach to casino gaming. While you might not be able to tell by looking at their website which has a sleek modern design, they have been very selective in choosing their game variety to really make themselves stand out from their competition. The website itself is very informative and well-laid out, so it's easy for players to learn about what's available at the casino and help them make the decision to play here.
Software
Top Game Casinos Software is used by Planet 23 casino for game development. Although this is a name that has become well known for providing software to many of the new and upcoming Casinos Online, it is still a relatively small organization with fewer games than some of the big names like Real Time Gaming or Playtech. Top Game Software does promise that they are constantly working to expand their game variety to further enhance the selection available at the casinos they work with.
Planet23 has recently switched to the new Rival platform.
Games
Although Top Game Software does have a more limited game variety, some of the choices made by Planet 23 Casino have nothing to do with their software provider, and everything to do with their desire to provide a more old-fashioned gambling experience. While Video Slot games are available form Top Game, Planet 23 Casino has chosen to omit these from their website, instead focusing on card and table games to keep their players interested. Sic Bo, Poker, Mahjong, Baccarat, Craps, American Roulette, Chuck a Luck and more are all available at this casino, with betting amounts to fit all budgets, but you won't find many video poker selection in sight at this virtual casino! All games can be previewed right from the casino website, along with rules and explanations on how to play each of them. So regardless of whether players or experienced or still a little green when it comes to casino games online, they will find the casino to be accommodating and informative.
Customer Support
Planet 23 Casino makes sure that all their players have a great time, and part of this is by offering Customer Support around the clock available to everyone. Live Chat is the best way to get immediate responses, but by visiting the website support page at this casino, players will see that there are other options as well. Planet 23 Casino provides a number of toll free numbers for players both in and out of the US, as well as an email address that can be written to in order to have questions answered. Planet 23 Casino even provides players with contact information for their fax and mailing address, so regardless of personal preference, there's definitely a way to get in touch. The Customer Support at planet 23 casino is known for being friendly and helpful, so whether players encounter a problem with the download, or just want some recommendations on games to play, by contacting them, they're sure to receive the help they need.
PLanet23 is not your best choice. In fact, it should never BE a choice. If you dare even enter, the support staff will instantly come on while you're trying to fill out the registration and pester you to accept a deposit bonus which is pretty small compared to other "Decent" and trustworthy online casinos.
In many places, people interested in the casino have heard of a No deposit" bonus. Yeah? A lot of people NEVER got it and live support refused any offers or called the people saying they had been offered it by the casino rep liars.
Really great support. Just the right type to search and destroy good service. I suspect this casino is not long for this world if they act like this.
BEWARE!!
