Complaint about Delayed Withdrawal

I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the current situation with my withdrawal request. I have been waiting for my withdrawal for over one month now, and I still have not received any clear update or confirmation about when I can expect my funds. This delay is very frustrating because I have always enjoyed playing on your casino platform and have had positive experiences in the past.

In September, I successfully completed two withdrawals without any problems, and everything went smoothly. Because of that, I trusted your casino and decided to continue playing and depositing more money. However, when I recently tried to withdraw again, the process became unexpectedly complicated. I have two withdrawals that have not been paid yet.

After two weeks of communication with the casino, the answer is “dont worry”.

Yesterday, they blocked withdrawals, but they still have not answered why.

I asked if they needed some information to prove my identity, but the question is still without an answer.

I am filing this complaint against Pistolo Casino regarding their verification process and refusal to process my withdrawal.

I have submitted all required documents multiple times for KYC verification, and my documents were clear and valid. However, each time they were rejected without proper justification.

Most recently, Pistolo Casino demanded an impossible verification requirement:

“Both sides of your ID must be clearly visible while the casino name is visible in the background.”

It is physically impossible to capture both sides of an ID card and the casino name in the same photo. This request makes no sense and appears to be a deliberate tactic to prevent players from successfully completing verification.

I strongly believe Pistolo Casino is intentionally creating unreasonable obstacles to avoid paying out legitimate winnings. Their behavior shows signs of bad faith and unfair business practices.

I kindly request AskGamblers to investigate Pistolo Casino and assist me in having my account verified properly and my rightful winnings released.

My withdrawal has been pending since almost a month now. I've tried to contact live support but hey just say they'll forward it to the relevant department. but after that nothing is done about it.

I won 4533 dollars and I can only withdraw 750 at a time. also it says on my account that my Account doesn't need verification for now. so I'm not sure what the delay is about. also on their terms it says 3 business days to process. its almost been 30 days now though.

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding Pistolo.com, an online casino operated by Stellar Ltd, licensed under the Anjouan Gaming Board.

I currently have three pending withdrawal requests that remain unpaid despite exceeding the stated processing time:

€500 requested on July 4th, 2025

€500 requested on July 5th, 2025

€490 requested on July 6th, 2025

According to their terms and conditions, withdrawals are supposed to be processed by the finance department within 3 business days.

Despite this, my requests remain pending well beyond that timeframe.

I have been contacting their live chat support daily, and each time I receive the same generic responses, such as "there is a delay, but there is no cause for concern." No concrete reason is provided, and I am not given access to the finance team or any escalation path. I feel that my requests are being intentionally stalled, without transparency.

This behavior contradicts their own stated terms:

"Withdrawal requests shall be processed by the Finance Department within 3 (three) business days..."

I kindly ask AskGamblers to intervene and assist in securing the release of my rightfully owed funds totaling €1,490 and to urge the casino to follow its own processing terms in a transparent and timely manner.
