Page 2 – Player Reviews for NovaJackpot Casino

I recently signed up at this casino and decided to make my first deposit to start playing. Unfortunately, there was a problem when trying to deposit funds - my payment was never processed. Despite several attempts, the system constantly returned an error and did not allow the transaction to be completed.

I immediately contacted the support service to sort out the situation. Unfortunately, the operators were unable to solve the problem promptly and offered only standard recommendations for troubleshooting technical problems on my part. As a result, I had to cancel the deposit and leave the platform.

Of course, such an unpleasant incident greatly disappointed me. The reliability of the payment system is one of the key criteria when choosing an online casino. I hope that this technical problem was a one-time glitch, and it will be fixed in the future. In general, I cannot recommend this casino to other players yet.

Have been unable to get my withdrawal processed - I've been on their customer support many times a day and keep getting fobbed off. No valid reason for delays.

Never got the bonuses like they offered I tried twice to get them they and they claimed I got them when I didn't. If you want to lose your money quickly play here.
