I have played many casinos and many new customer offers and this one is a scam that doesn’t work and doesn’t pay out properly they give you 20 spins on a good game worth. 25c per spins and then they just change to an unknown game and the spins are now only worth 10c.

They scam customers and change offers to suit them. Deposited once and never will again. My first deposit offer didn’t work. If they can’t even play fair with new customers then it’s just a scam. I requested a withdrawal on the 19/09/2024 and even though their website states it takes up to 3 working days to be approved they took over this time and then on the fourth day sent me a message to say my withdrawal was cancelled! When I reached out to their support, they refused to take any responsibility, blaming rogue affiliates. However, they did nothing to investigate or stop the spam, which indicates that they either don’t care or actively enable these shady practices. This is a clear violation of GDPR, as my personal data is being used without consent, and NovaJackpot.com is failing to ensure that their affiliates comply with the law.
This company operates like a rogue casino, using possible rogue affiliates to bombard people with spam and ignore data protection laws. I encourage anyone affected to file a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC), as NovaJackpot.com is in clear breach of GDPR regulations and refuses to take any meaningful action.
Stay away from NovaJackpot.com if you value your privacy and don’t want to be caught in a web of rogue practices.

Here comes the reason why I dislike Nova personally. I had won a big pot, I headed to live chat to sort withdrawal out, everything went great and I found the solution. I had a few pounds I wanted to waste before I headed off, when I entered a game there began an in game problem or a issue.
The second I was about to spin I realized I had begun an feature spin, and holy it was expensive. It took almost half my winnings to waste and it went horrible afterwards, I then began chasing my loss and ended up losing legit everything.
I then reached out again to live chat, and I got answer to contact manager or send a mail to support.
Then, today I found out there is no solution to the issue, which kind of makes me anger. I still demand my winnings, and I find it as fraud.

They replied that Bank Transfer was an option. I initiated a withdrawal request, which was rejected after a WHOLE WEEK without any reason. I wrote to support again, and they replied that it was rejected because I did not use the same method for the withdrawal request as I did for the deposit. I initiated another withdrawal request with MasterCard, which has been pending for almost 2 WEEKS. Support only tells me via email and chat to be patient, and I always receive the same template response.
