I am submitting this complaint regarding N1Bet Casino, which has failed to process my 7500 TRX withdrawal request submitted on October 14th, 2025.

According to the casino’s terms and conditions, withdrawals should be processed within 24 hours, provided the account is fully verified, which, in my case, it is. Despite this, more than 48 hours have passed, and I have yet to receive my funds.

I have contacted customer support multiple times, but they have not provided a clear explanation for the delay, nor have they given me a specific timeframe for when the withdrawal will be processed.

I believe this is a clear breach of their stated withdrawal policy, and it raises concerns about the reliability of the operator.

Please assist me in resolving this issue and help ensure that N1Bet honors its commitments to its players. I am willing to provide any necessary account details privately if needed.

have made several withdrawal requests with N1 Bet Casino, all of which were smooth transactions withing the 0-24 hour timeline they advertise, usually even quicker.

This time I made a withdrawal request for $1089 and it was promptly reviewed in 4 hours and 52 minutes to be exact, but this time it was rejected and they requested information on my crypto wallet, which I had already verified in March when I made a crypto withdrawal but this was fine and I provided the documents they requested and requested my withdrawal again. I have confirmed on multiple chats that the verification is complete and im just in the queue to have my withdrawal processed.

Days pass and I follow up with support and receive the same excuses, the queue is long or just wait a bit longer we cannot give you a time. I feel its clear this is a purposeful delay as every single withdrawal I have ever made was processed in just a few hours and the initial request for this specific withdrawal was reviewed in under 5 hours and now that I verified it takes them days to process? Something is off and I cannot get a clear answer from them. Coincidentally this happens to be my biggest withdrawal request from N1 Bet Casino which was won on the slots and there was no bonus attached so it should be as straight forward as every other withdrawal I have made.

N1 Bet Casino has always been a good platform with fast withdrawals but this time not so much. I hope to get this resolved and continue to enjoy the experience I have had until this point.

Since 31/12/24 have had no resolve just mucked around constantly and no 24 hour service as they state.

I want it resolved every time I try to use chat to get ahold of them they send a message saying try later every time I receive an email they ask for screenshot which I have provided multiple times now.

This is my 3rd complaint against the above casino... They meant to delay my winnings and now since 14/06/24 I did not receive them.

They used to return it back to the account again so to lose them, and again you need to wait for 10 working days after staying already 10 working days... Can you help to retrieve this issue... You will find the dated conversations and pdf account details on the above mentioned dates.

I have been with casino for long and this is the second time to face delayed payment as last one was returned by you. Now I withdrew 1250 dollars dated 28/04 and did not receive them and when asked them they asked for further documents. Although deposition went smoothly but withdrawal always with difficulties. Hello, I would like to make a complaint regarding N1bet casino. This fraudulent casino deleted my account with more than 7000 reals after verification. I made a deposit of R$1000 on the 29th of March. During the month I placed bets and I managed to increase my balance to R$7000. When I wanted to withdraw some money from my account, I sent my documents for verification as I should. Passport, proof of address and selfies with my passport. The next day my withdrawal request was cancelled and I was asked to send a photo with my passport in hand and a sheet where the name of the casino and the date is written. I also did it and sent a photo for verification. All this time I was playing on the site and nothing foreboded trouble.

But 24 hours after sending the selfies, I tried to log in to my account and I couldn't. The account was deleted and there was the following "Your account is disabled."

I am outraged by such brazen and illegal actions of the casino. The remaining money on this casino is gone and there is nothing I can do about it. Support ignores me in chat and when I write to them on email. This is just brazen theft. For me it is a lot of money and they will significantly help in my life situation to feed my family.
