In my opinion these bonus terms should be more clear. You can have roshtein 50 euro bonus bet on your site as affiliate but the least you can do is to communicate the terms in a better way to the real customers.

I joined the casino they added 150% bonus money. But actually all of your deposited money gets converted to bonus money. There's no way to cashout before the rollover. When I got below my actual deposited money they took all of the money out of the account. There's no way to get it back. Even contacted support which offers poor service.

terrible customer support. made an account here (dutch resident but live in south africa). couldn't play from south africa because im dutch. ok fine nothing to complain about so far, rules are rules.

my gf however is from south africa and she is allowed to play. so she made an account on my recommendation for the bonus. all good, she deposited 100 eur, didn't receive the bonus. contacted customer support; they said duplicate accounts not allowed. explained she is a different person in the same househould and the first account was never activated anyway and deleted after i heard i couldnt play on it. asked for the bonus: couldn't receive it because duplicate account. explained again that i didnt get the bonus or even made a deposit on my account so that my gf is still eligible. they would not listen and still refused: only one bonus per household. Explained there is no other account and there was never a bonus on it. still wouldn't give the bonus.
