Mr Superplay is one of the latest casinos I joined. I found them when I was looking for a no deposit bonus here on AskGamblers. I noticed that they were giving 33 free spins for new players and thought, why not give it a shot? I didn't think I would win much but a no deposit bonus is always a great way to "try before buy" or just before make a real money deposit.
The registration was quite easy and I inserted the bonus code I had found on Askgamblers. I had to verify my email which was quite hassle free. The first thing I noticed was that after welcome email that described all their current promotions, there was another email regarding responsible gaming. I actually thought it was a very nice thing and I don't see a lot of casinos doing that. Another thing I liked was that if you don't verify your account in the first 7 days after registration, it gets closed. The reason why I liked it was because it takes away the opportunity for other people to steal personal details or try open account on your name, but that's just my personal opinion.
Nevertheless, after registration was done, I had a pop up message saying my 33 free spins on Starmania are waiting for me. I opened the game and played my spins. The game was absolutely dead and I'd probably would win more out of same amount of spins on Starburst. From 33 free spins I managed to get 1.20 eur win that had 50x bonus wagering. I went to play Starburst and lost my balance straight away.

If you are looking for a casino with a quick withdrawal turn around then this casino is not for you. I sent a withdrawal request in only to find out that the withdrawal would sit pending for 4 days then will take a further 3-7 days for the withdrawal to reach my account. So all in your looking at a 11 day wait for a withdrawal to get back to your bank. This was after beating 50x bonus wagering. I could not find any reviews on askgamblers.com before I signed up.
I have come to realise that the pending period is simply a tactic for this casino to use in the hope that the player will reverse the withdrawal and lose it.

I claimed them, but only afterward did I discover that their bonuses have a max cashout of x5 the bonus amount, which sucks. Had it been wager-free I would agree, but x40 or x50 wagering it too much with max cashout limits.
Withdrawals are processed within 72 hours which sounds a bit long for my taste, imagine having to go through KYC as well, so the first withdrawal could take up to 5 days most probably who knows? I have not broken the bank yet to experience their withdrawals.
I made my deposits using e-wallets and they have other options available as well, however country restrictions maybe influence the availability list.
