The basic facts about this casino is that it is a big scam when it comes to their vip "club royale" membership. This is the reason: I have now been waiting for over 6 months for their loyalty program. This is still under construction, yet they are advertising it like everything else. Overall it's a good casino, but things have changed after a while. I play for 2 years on avg. My status is VIP. It does offer some free spins here and there if your playing along.
A bunch of favorite games disappeared. Kronos, Zeus, some games are even changed completely from interface and / or play. It seems to me that Mr Green is probably trying to get rid of any external supplier of games from 3rd parties. The bad part is that if they don't change this very soon I'll have to find another casino that offers these games.
I have a feeling that I am being compensated along the playing of games as well. With being compensated I mean, if I'd have a 3 day losing streak I get booted from 50 deposit up to 1400 on various games in total. And it seems to hit a wall from there. The fun of course, ends after a few winnings here and there, and there's this downward spiral. I am not sure if this is Mrgreen or the game provider, it's something that seems to occur on online play. The overall RTP does not really seem to be in effect if your on the losing streak days. I loved this site because withdrawals were really fast. Sometimes it took less than 10 minutes to receive my winnings to my PayPal account. The site is easy to use and your most played games are always just a click away.
There is hardly any bonus available, or they are not worth the hassle. The last couple of weeks my withdrawals have also slowed down I withdrew some of my winnings on Thursday evening and it was still pending Friday afternoon. Decided to reverse withdrawal, lost more than half of my winnings, now waiting for the bit but its pending again since last night (over 12 hrs). Chat doesn't seem to be available any time I try, so not sure if they need more verification or what the hold up is.

In my opinion, Mr Green is the most generous casino online. I've visited quite a lot of service but none made constant gifts.
