Mobilebet - Missing €2,789 due to currency issues with their website
First of I wanna say Ive been a customer on Mobilebet for many years, playing regularly. Never had any problems before that I can think of. This december on Mobilebet my account went from having my balance in SEK to having it in €. This is basically what caused my problems. Because the money I had in SEK (27 710.85SEK), turned into 27 710.85€.

I cant believe this even became an issue because I wrote to Mobilebet as soon as this happened and informed them. Asked why I had 27 710.85€ in my account instead of 27 710.85SEK or something equivalent to that in €.

Ill take it from the beginning, I made a deposit of 3 333SEK and got a 30% bonus, resulting in 4 333SEK in my account. That amount soon went up to 27 710.85SEK in a few days and I was almost done with the bonus rollover. When I logged in around Christmas they had turned everything into € and I had recieved a new bonus to deposit 100€ and receive 50% extra. I did this deposit and noticed that my balance was now a big mess. It said I had something like 27 710.85€ + 150€ when it should have said something else like 2 789€ by todays rate.

I immediately wrote to them in the chat about this and asked why it was like that and asked what I was supposed to do. They told me to wait and they would email me back. I said sure but hurry up because I have a bonus to rollover that expires in like 10 days.

I got no email from them and a few days later my account got temporarly closed. I asked them via chat what was going on and they said it was just a "routine check" and that it would soon be solved. And I reminded them that my bonus was going to expire in a week or so and they said if necessary they would be able to prolong it or something like that. I got tired of asking them every day so after a few weeks I found my account opened again. Only thing was that my balance said 0€.

I went to the chat and asked how was this possible? Ive never even lost any money from my two last deposits, how can it be 0€? It should be something like 2 789€. The guy in the chat couldnt say more than that the responsible department said they had paid out to much in winnings and then took back what they paid out, and corrected the balance. And all that would be OKAY and make sense if my balance was 2 789€, but 0€? Is this a JOKE?

Anyways, I thought this would be easy for them to fix but they keep saying that they paid out to much in winnings and that they corrected my balance, doesnt take a genius to figure out something is wrong when my balance sais 0€ but yeah apparently on Mobilebet it doesnt ring a bell. Im trying to figure out how they can come to the conclusion my balance should be 0€, and I think they think like this:

I deposit 3 333SEK, turn it into 27 710.85SEK,
add another 150€ to that with my second deposit, making it 2 789€ in total.
They turn it into 27 710.85€, meaning they "paid out" aproximately 24 922€ to much.
I informed them about this,
they wait a couple of weeks for my bonus to expire, making my balance alot less than what it should,
they deduct the 24 922€ they "paid out to much" to my already to lowered balance, making it less than 0€, so my account sais 0€.

I cant think of any other way, but if this is the case, its totalt wrong. I shouldnt be punished because their site messes up my balance so they need to close my account should I? Is winning 2 789€ and then having it reduced to 0€ the correct correction? In what way is that "correct". Should I lose my deposits and my winnings when I havent done anything wrong?

This doesnt sound right to me. I will fight over this money because its alot of money to me. I just thought I should let everyone know what kind of reasoning theyre using. I havent done anything wrong, they havent claimed I have done anything wrong either, just that they "paid out to much" so my balance got corrected to 0€... I dont know if I should laugh or cry to be honest...

And I can back all this up with screenshot of my transation history. This is just stupidity at its finest.

Hi, I have had an account in Mobilibet casino for 1 week, I won some money from free spins after sign up. (2+ dollars from free spins and after that 65+ dollars on other slots) Then I verified my account (id and address) After that I was trying to make deposit via virtual debit card, but couldn't do that due to error (before deposit I send scan copy of this card) Next step I wanted make deposit with e-wallet neteller, but my account was closed. " The company closed the account because of the verification, but I performed it earlier! If the have had problems with my virtual card is okey! I could make deposit with different e-wallet or card ! This casino has a good game selection and a simple layout.

Unfortunately the operator is not serious. I was allowed to play and lose four digit amounts daily despite being self excluded. The company is not willing to return fraudulently acquired funds so ultimately only a chargeback and legal steps solve the problems. Do yourself a favour and stay away, these guys don´t know how responsible gaming is spelled. They violate their license in a brutal way and it is only a question of time til it will be revoked. I and not I alone am working on this. They are also behind Comeon and Getlucky. Avoid these sites at all cost unless you want to make really bad experiences. Don´t say I didn´t warn you.

Nothing. I didnt even get to deposite before they closed my accont.

Got an email that celebrated their "new name". 10 free spins on Gonzos Quest and a free bet on tonight's football games. The free spins went just fine. The free bet on the football games was a mess. I asked on the chat support for help. I didn't get any good answer. Just the same excuse over and over. After 45 minutes I got a bit frustrated and threatened to close my account if he wouldn't help me. It took 10 seconds for him to close my account and close the chat. I usually have a crystal clear memory for the casinos I play at and also record my deposits and withdrawals on a spreadsheet for future reference to help me keep a handle on how much money I spend on this hobby from month to month, yet despite regularly seeing e-mails from Mobilbet in my inbox fairly regularly I really couldn't remember playing there and had no record of having done so either! The website is very good. The live betting section is fine, I would say is one of the best I have experienced.

Terrible support team. Also, they overuse Asian Overs ands Unders, and some games don't even have more than one option to bet on.

There is nothing positive about this website or support team.

Signed up and made a couple of deposits totally £60.

After playing in the Casino I noticed that it was linked to another online Casino of which I had closed my account with.

I contacted their useless support team and was told my account had been closed and the funds would be refunded within a couple of days.

Nearly a week later nothing had been done, contacting them again and even threatening them with taking the issues to the relative ombudsman they had not even redaction a refund and said it will take 2 weeks to process.

Avoid this buggy slow website and its abysmal support team like the plague.

At this casino I wanted to claim 200% match deposit bonus. I saw that they offer a lot of games from different software providers. I tried to register, I fill out all required information of my account and then I saw that I already have account at this place. At first I forgot my password, I reset it and log into casino.

I don't know when I registered at Mobilbet casino. Maybe I saw some offer for free spins and I tried it and later forgot about this place. At the first page on website was offer to deposit 10€ play with 30€ and I was interested in. I made deposit of 10€. I didn't receive any bonus. I thought that will be credit in a few minutes so I waited. When I came back there was nothing new.

I tried to contact live chat support about it, but I saw that they are offline. What a shame. I thought that they are avaliable 24/7 or at least during the week. I could contact them by email, but I didn't have time to wait for the answer. I decided to play with my money. I played Jack and the Beanstalk slot, my balance was low and I lost money very quickly.

Later I was wondered why bonus was not credited. I opened term about this welcome bonus and I saw this: The following payment methods cannot be used in order to activate the bonus: Paysafe, Ukash, Skrill or Neteller. I made my deposit with Skrill so that was the problem.

I made a mistake because I didn't read term about the bonus. Well I learn from mistakes and I am sure that next time I will read terms first. I am not impressed about this casino and I don't know if I will deposit here again. Maybe if I will receive some great offer from them otherwise no.

Mobilbet is one of the latest casinos I joined. I have to say that the only reason I joined this casino was their 200% match bonus. The minimum deposit that you need to make to take this bonus is 10 euros.

I made an account and verified my mail and phone number. I went through the games and saw that they have a large selection of slots from Netent, Microgaming and even Skill on Net which I liked very much. I liked their website. Very professional and easy to navigate. I also saw that they have a low 0-24h pending period for withdrawals. This is one of the most important details for me when I want to make a deposit in some online casino.

I decided to make a deposit and take their welcome bonus. I choose the bonus made a 10 euros deposit via Neteller and was about to start when I saw that the bonus wasn't added to my balance. This was not good. I tried to contact live chat support but it was offline. I had no way of getting the bonus without the help of an operator so I decided to try my luck with the 10 euros.
The next day I was told that the bonus was only available for bank transfer deposits so it was my fault that I had problems.
Anyway, I decided to try Centre Court. I got the bonus round very soon but it paid little. After about 50 spins I decided to raise my bet to 0.27. On the last spin I got the bonus round which paid 97 euros. I was very happy because I was playing with a pure deposit without a bonus.

After that I decided to try Wishmaster and I said to myself if I drop down to 80 euros I withdraw. On the Wishmaster I got 3 bonus rounds but none of them paid big. I made a withdrawal of 80 euros, uploaded my documents and got my money tomorrow.

One thing I like about this casino is that I can't reverse my withdrawal. That’s my biggest problem when I win something. Overall I like this casino and I will be a regular player here.

Not had muchof a good experience with the casino, the live help has been terrible with being able to get my problems resolved.
They seem to falsely advertise bonuses and not credit them.
Also it seems they have odd random log-outs during bonus rounds or game loses connection and you were in the middle of a bonus or feature you go to re-log and it dis-pears.
