General Information about MegaFishWins Casino
MegaFishWins Casino is an online casino that is fully licensed and regulated. However, this information is not displayed clear enough on their website. I resourced other sites and found them to be licensed by the Government of Curacao. For full transparency, I’d like to see this information more readily available on their site.
On a more positive note, signing up is easy! You can use the latest devices to play on the go or play instantly from a web browser. Either way, registration is straightforward. You can pick one of our MegaFishWins Casino bonuses to get started. You can also browse our real player reviews to see who has already played here, write your own review or chat to us in the forum about the casino.
I signed up and claimed a 125% welcome bonus up to €1,250 + 300 free spins on my first deposit. The bonus was added straight away with no issues. However, these are country specific so may vary in your region.
Once you’re a member, you can visit the casino shop to get casino bonuses, free spins and coins. Access to this will depend on how active you are and how much you wager. The same applies to their VIP program but both programmes are great incentives for active users.
Payment Information and Options at MegaFishWins Casino
You can open the cashier to see which payment methods are supported in your region. You’ll find popular credit and debit cards, web wallets and more. The minimum deposit and withdrawal is €20.
You must complete the verification process before you can request a withdrawal. You’ll need to send a copy of your photo ID, any bank card used and proof of address in the last three months. In some cases, you may need to send a selfie holding your ID. We’ve had many cases like this in the forum which a lot of players don’t like but it is a term that I have started seeing creeping in more and more. Documents must be sent via email within 7 days and the casino aims to review your documents within 24 hours. Verifications are completed between 09:00 - 18:00 GMT+3.
Games at MegaFishWins Casino
You can enjoy a wide range of games when you visit the casino lobby. The casino is packed with the latest online slots from popular providers. There are a few menu options available to allow you to jump between the game categories or you can use the search engine to find games. Other than this, there are no other ways to sort and filter games. If you want to find games quickly, I highly recommend the search bar.
I tested some games with my deposit to see how they played and everything ran smoothly. Switching games was easy, there were no lagging issues and I enjoyed the selection of games I could choose from. I tried games like the popular Gates of Olympus Slot and Legacy of Dead Slot. Unfortunately, I could not find any information about RTP.
The casino also has a selection of table games. In fact, there are more than 1,000 table games available which is impressive! You’ll of course find the latest versions of online poker, blackjack, roulette and more. The casino also has a decent selection of scratchcards if you want something different.
For anything more interactive, you can try the live casino. There are more than 600 live casino games to enjoy from a wide variety of live providers. Again, the lack of sorting and filtering options means you have to scroll through everything but you can use the search bar if you want to find specific games and it works well.
Once verified, you can withdraw up to €2,000 per transaction, €2,000 per day, €10,000 per week or up to €30,000 per month. Even though the daily transaction is quite low, the monthly one is around industry standard. The casino aims to process your withdrawals within 24 hours and the finance department works the same hours as the verification department listed above.
If you haven’t used your account for 12 months, the casino will consider this as inactive. You’ll then be charged a €5 fee every month.
Customer Support at MegaFishWins Casino
If you need help, live chat is available. You can enter your name and email address before typing your question and being transferred to a live chat agent. I was transferred instantly to someone and there was no chatbot. Support was fast and friendly and I was really happy with the service I received. Live chat is open 24/7 so support is available around the clock. For anything less urgent, you can also email the casino at any time.
MegaFishWins Casino’s Commitment to Responsible Gambling
You can block access to certain games for a set period of time. This can be activated in your account. However, I could not find access to settings that allowed me to set deposit, loss or wager limits.
If you need to take a break, you can self-exclude for a minimum of 6 months up to 5 years. To activate a self-exclusion you must email the casino and once active it cannot be revoked.
So the bonus here is great!
Great reloads and a fun site! It has great weekly reloads for Sports, and tons of Casino bonuses.
Early payout is also a great addition they have!
But the withdrawaltime for crypto is not 0-1 hours as it says here… I’ve been waiting for days and support is not helping at all.
Max withdrawal was €500 and when you have to wait days for a €500 withdrawal you don’t want to play with the rest of the money you have there.
Bonus is good.
Withdrawal-limit + time is AWFUL.
