Withdrawal delayed
I submitted my withdrawal request at MegaFishWins on 30 August 2026.
The casino subsequently requested verification of my account. I provided the required documents and my verification was successfully completed on 7 September 2026.
Despite this, as of 22 September 2026, my withdrawal has still not been processed.
This means that 23 days have passed since I requested the withdrawal and 15 days have passed since my account verification was completed.
I contacted Customer Support once regarding the delay. The only response I received was a general statement that I would be informed once the relevant/KYC department had processed my withdrawal. I was not given any specific reason for the delay, any information about a problem with my account or withdrawal, or any estimated processing date.
Since my account had already been successfully verified, this response did not really explain why the withdrawal was still pending. After receiving such a vague answer, I did not see much point in repeatedly contacting Customer Support just to receive the same generic response.
I have not been informed that any additional documents or action are required from me.
I consider a delay of more than three weeks from the withdrawal request, including more than two weeks after successful verification, without any concrete explanation to be unreasonable.
I am therefore asking the AskGamblers Complaints Team to contact MegaFishWins and clarify why my withdrawal has still not been processed and when my funds will be paid.
I can provide screenshots of the withdrawal request, confirmation of completed verification and the response I received from Customer Support.
I would also like to point out that MegaFishWins allows a maximum withdrawal of €500 per request and only three active withdrawals at the same time.
I currently have approximately €2,000 in my account, with three withdrawals of €500 each already pending for a long time. Because all three withdrawal slots are occupied, I am currently unable to submit another withdrawal request for the remaining balance.
This means that the ongoing delay is not only affecting the pending €1,500, but is also preventing me from withdrawing the rest of my available balance.
