I want to share my frustrating and outrageous experience with this company. In May 2024, I lost a lot of money playing at McLuck. As a result, I requested the deletion of my account to take a break from gambling.
Now, in December, I decided to return to playing and created a new account using a new email ([email protected]). I made deposits without any issues, played, and as soon as I started winning money, I entered my details to withdraw my winnings. That’s when the platform blocked my account, claiming it was a duplicate account.
This accusation makes no sense, as my previous account was deleted more than six months ago at my request. I returned to play honestly and transparently, but McLuck decided to block my new account without a valid reason, holding my balance of $12,000 hostage.
I have sent numerous emails to the company, but all I receive are generic responses stating that my case is “under review.” No deadlines or concrete solutions have been offered. I feel completely ignored and scammed.
This is the true face of McLuck: they accept your deposits, but when you win, they block your account and come up with excuses. I do not recommend this casino to anyone!
From now on, I will post this message every single day to warn as many people as possible about this absurd situation. I will not stop exposing what I am going through until my account is unblocked and my $12,000 balance is returned.
Don’t fall for this scam! McLuck is a trap for honest players.
