So yesterday I noticed that my coin bounds for gold coins were only 6054, and I thought that was really weird because I bought like four or five different packages that day. Totally over, I should’ve had over 1 million gold coins, but I never really pay attention to the gold coin thing because I don’t claim them really on other sites.
I have 35,000,000+ gold coins because I never use them, so when I saw the 6000, I thought, well, that’s weird, you know, and so at any rate I had a few dollars left in SC coins. So I decided to play them, and then I noticed my balance for my gold coins, even though I didn’t play gold coins, went down from 6054 to 4000, and all I played was at my SC coins.
So they’ve been charging me for both coins. They’ve been charging me to play.
I never played gold coins, but they deduct them at the same time that they’re deducting my Sweet coins.
So I rolled a ticket about it and talked to the chat.
People got nowhere with them, of course, but anyway, and the other day I put a review on TrustPilot. I have an account on there, and they got what I said, the truth that you know about what I thought about my luck cause you know I’ve been playing on there for a year, and it’s gone from a five-star to a two-star to me for many reasons.
They replied to me. Make luck from my review, and then last night when I wrote that ticket, all of a sudden today I got an email saying they closed my account. They said they closed my account because I have duplicate accounts.
I don’t have duplicate accounts. I’ve only had one account that I know of for the past year. I played thousands and thousands of dollars on this site, literally thousands.
My gold coin balance should be upwards of millions, lots of millions, but I don’t even care about that. I think it’s pretty crappy that they closed my account, and it just seems the timing just seems really suspicious cause I just made that review the other day, and then the ticket I made about the gold coins.
But I don’t even care about any of the gold coins. I just want my money back that I paid today because I bought money. I bought a package today, and I think my balance was somewhere around $35 or $40. Something like that, I just want my money back, and I want it back now.
I can’t write a ticket to Support. I can’t do anything. I don’t even can’t even get my account number because they locked my account. The email they sent me was confusing because it says they locked my account, yet it tells me I can log.
Looked at that when I log in with my registered email or whatever, I don’t know what, but all I know is that they’re telling me that they’re locked, to put them, they’re telling me to log in using my original email, which I’m not even sure what they’re talking about.
I only had one email. I’ve only played on one account, one email, that’s all I’ve played on. It’s the same email I used for all places that I play on, so just give me my money back and close my account permanently. I don’t need to be playing on there. I can play anywhere.
There are way too many places to choose from to have to deal with this kind of garbage, but I will be warning people anywhere that I can about them taking gold coins at the same time that I’m playing my SC coins cause that is not OK, that’s basically stealing.
So to reiterate, I would’ve written a Support ticket, but they locked my account, so I had to go this route.
I just want my money back that was in my balance, and I’m done with them.
