I have decided to self exclude so signed up to GamStop but before I did that I had a balance in my account of just over £500. I emailed this casino asking for the balance to be withdraw, having already submitted verification docs. They then responded to say that my proof of address was not accepted and I should send a pdf version of my bank statement which I did on 20th June - 9 days later no response and still no money. I have sent a chaser email on the 27th June to which I have had no response. I feel like they are withholding my funds for no justifiable reason. Hi there, For the last couple of months I’m regular player of Unibet and their sister site Maria casino(actually the only one casino I’play with When my finances allow me I play on both sites,but very often I was taking cool off time on one site and playing on the other.That happened in this case as well.Since 4th of May till today I was able to deposit my money 37times(small amounts),eventhough on sister account I took some time out 29/04-29/05).Last week I won 150pounds and today 650.As soon I won this amount I was asked to send the documents to verify my account,what is ok and then after transferring my money to my paypal my account become blocked....The reason why my account is blocked is the fact I’m on cool off till 29 of May. Maria Casino - Stalling my payment

I have made a withdrawal of 12000kr Danish kroner, to my bank account. I deposited with Neteller on their mobile site, but Neteller is not a withdraw option on mobile, so i choose bank transfer. After the pending period they transfered my money back to the player account because they cant pay to bank when the deposit was made via Neteller. They did tell me to go on my computer and ask for the withdraw to Neteller because this option is only valid on a PC. I dont have a PC, and therefore i cant go on their site to withdraw the money myself. The only thing i could do, was to ask them to close the account and pay me by Neteller. They closed the account and Said that their Security team will manually withdraw the money but its 48 hours ago they promised me that they would look at it. The support cant help me futher, and ask me to wait all the time and provides me with 3 different timeframes for a response.. They have a policy that Neteller withdraws are made within 12 hours, but i have waited over 48hours without answers

Maria Casino - Verification going on for 7 days, delayed refund

When I signed up with this casino I didn't realise they were part of the unibet brand so proceeded to deposit and play. After a few days my account was suspended due to having already self excluded from unibet. To be fair Joanne and Debbie who I've been in email contact have been very good stating I would get my deposits back as I shouldn't have been allowed to deposit in first place. Maria Casino - Account suspended for 'Bonus Abuse' without any justification

Hi Team, I signed up to Maria casino on the 5th of may and was asked to provide evidence to verify myself. All was done so and then I was able to deposit. At which point on the 16th May I did so taking part in the deposit bonus which was £100 for 100% bonus of £100. This was locked in and had to be wagered to the value of £3.5k. So on I trudged. Firstly using spin spinata for a brief period. Then moving onto castle builder where I span most if not all of the required wagering. I then played a few other slots wild antics and a few others of which I cannot remember now as the account is suspended. I maybe wagered or span through another 200/300 pounds worth of spins. So at this point I had £600 I wagered until I got to a round figure. I checked the bonus and it had been fully done and the funds was withdrawalable. So I before I went to withdraw I noticed I was asked to provide fither proof of my PayPal account of which I done. This was supplied on the same day as everything else happening 16th May. I then spoke to the live chat team on several occasions as it was remaining on pending approval. All of which they said I had to wait for approval. Sunday comes and I am asked to provide even further evidence. A selfie with passport, more documents and proof of address. Again I obliged and sent them in Sunday and was asked to wait for an update. Today 23rd May I receive an email saying my account is suspended. I speak to live chat and they inform me it's for bonus abuse. I mean I have read the terms of this and there was no games in an exclusion list or any terms that I could see that would suggest I have done anything illI have never had an account with them and I was using my own personal devices I never at any point signed in through another device other than my phone and tablet both on mobile data not a shared wifi or anything. I have asked further for details and for this to be reviewed with Maria. I received a generic response of this won't be re-reviewed and our team have come to this decision. Maria Casino - Will not let me use my own money nor refund

I joined Maria Casino, this was very difficult, seems to me like I did everything they wanted at least 3 times. This was in January 2017, I played only Mega Fortune, I put in 1000 Swedish kronor, and then 600. Then near the end of March 2017, Maria Casino had a warning posted, that said I couldn't get into my account or play unless I accepted new rules. I started to read these new rules and came to a part where they stated that even if I didn't play one month that they were going to charge me a fee. I wrote and told them that I would never accept that, and that they could close my account. Since then they asked me to re- verify, they asked if I wanted to reopen my account, ( here they totally got everything mixed up) I verified at least 3 times more, and still no money. I tried to make a with drawl without success, they tried to get me to verify again, I did so every time they have asked. I believe that the money I have left I should be able to use under the conditions it was put in, I have a chance to win and that money would be real money. I believe that I have 200 Swedish kronor in cash and 1200 in what they call something else, however I can play for all of this and could possibly win a jackpot. There are no more facts, so you can't ask for more this is it. I can't give you anything from my account because they won't let me in.

I have registered at Mariacasino and I won a decent money on slots. (330euro) I made a withdrawal on 8th of April, but they want to verify my account. Ok, I uploaded my ID card, and a bank account statement on 9th of April, and my account is still on verification. I have contacted the Customer support three times, but they can't tell me any timeframe, just be patient. Maria Casino - Giving me the runaround with small withdrawal

First i want to say, its not a bad Casino. But what happened today, that is totaly absurd and ridiculous. I am a member of Maria casino for a few weeks. I played a lot, i lost some money, i win some money. When i gave my withdrawal, there was never a problem. Till today. I made a withdrawal of 140 eur. The withdrawal was processed. And then the next day (today), money was returned back to my gaming account. The reason for that was, the BIC(SWIFT) code of the bank is not correct. And thats why all my withdrawals are rejected and returned back to account. So, i made in past probably 20 withdrawals, always with the same BIC number, because the Bic number of your bank nevers changes, its always the same. So always without problem, and suddenly now my banks Bic number is not correct. I mean, are they for real? I paste them a link to official page of my bank, where its black on white written the BIC CODE. I was explaining them on chat, to their support, that BIC number is always the same. They keep tellinh me its not, and i need to change it. CHANGE TO WHAT? i cant just make up in my mind some BIC number. Their support is really unhelpful, and really rude. After they told me i need to change my bic number, they said they dont know to help me, and they just disconect from chat. I mean, this is how you treat your customers? They some customer support guy told me i can deposit money with Skrill, and wager that money, and then withdraw money with skrill. I deposited 15 eur, i lost them on roullete. And then I make a withdrawal, and what happens, money come back again to my account, and some girl on support said, i cant withdraw with skrill. So, because of them, i lost another 15 eur of my money, because they dont know how to advice and help. So, conclusion, i want my money back, i am making withdrawal again, with the same Bic number, because no other Bic number exists. I wanted to go to a chat again, and now they dont even accept me, they just show me the same message all the time, that i am 1 in queue. Hi guys, I signed up in maria casino a couple of weeks ago. I played for two days until I sent my withdrawal request. A few days after my withdrawal request, I was no longer able to log into my account and received an email that my account was suspended. Part of the Unibet Group - you can trust them. Verification appears relatively straightforward - I voluntarily offered my docs: just waiting on the additional cards being verified.

Decent games but no Novo slots (not many have to be fair). Payments are fast.

Promo's aren't the best. Get the odd deposit bonus but apart from they are pretty sparse.

Powerful payment, not bad slot games RTP, maybe Maria casino had some negative comments in the past. No matter what it is customer service or payment or something else... I think they have great improvement now. For example, after I made a withdrawal, it was processed successfully in 2 hours.

Maybe adding some promotional bonuses would be better, but this is not a problem.

Had some trouble at Maria because I had opened an account a long time ago but didn't deposit anything. So the welcome bonus were removed from my account. I contacted their customer support and got outstanding service from their agent "Ronja". Within a short amount of time I was able to play again with a bonus. Thanks a lot for your help!

I like the feel of the casino when I was looking around so decided to open an account.

When I deposited and played for less that 5 minutes my account got frozen and verification documents were requested which I sent in straight away. However, it has been more than 24 hours and account is still frozen... I am all for safe play and verifying but if you have high security like that, one would think that casino would have a team to handle verification in timely manner and not froze someone out of their money without any idea when the account will be re-opened. I spoke to CS several times and they seem very nice but keep telling me that documents are with verification team... So at this point I cannot rate the casino very high, I had my documents verified within matter of minutes in other sites...
