Horrible customer support compared to their main Unibet. ID verification process is absolute joke. I sent them copies of my ID card, multiple and in high quality, for what I received reply that they cannot accept them. I also sent them proof that any other casino would accept. My whole family have verified accounts in all other casinos with the same scanner and only people at Mariacasino don't know how to read? Unbelievable support, can't understand what is wrong with these people.

Sign up was easy, a lot of good games on site but not much else.

Slow verification no reload bonuses. Customer services seems to only be allowed to give you same old answers. Blocked account until verification was done after I deposited, took 5 days to get my account back up and running, wasn't pleased.

Browsing through the games list, I was happy to see that many of my favourites games are in the casino's games directory, and that gave me some encouragement. NetEnt is in the list of course, but NetEnt games mean nothing to me nowadays, except for a few of my old favourites, which I hardly play now anyway. The website has clearly undergone quite a lot of changes from the last time as I remember it, and its terms have been updated as well, for better or for worse for me, because the last time I tried to claim any deposit bonus or free spins, I couldn't get any of them, due to country restrictions. I don't know if these restrictions are still being enforced, but I couldn't find any of such restrictions in the casino's Bonus Terms or T&C. The only way I can be sure would be to make a deposit and try to claim a bonus with it, which I will do soon enough. I do hope those restrictions are no longer applicable, but I really doubt it. I'll know soon enough.

Well, after such a long break from my first deposit at Maria 2.5 years ago, I am now prepared to give this 'new' Maria a fresh go to see if she could be good to me for a nice change, because the 'old' Maria couldn't. I remember I had made a few deposits there, played without any bonuses, yet I couldn't make any wins. Then I left my 'old' Maria for someone else, someone new, but I cannot remember now which one that was. If this 'new' Maria should remain cold to me, ah well, I'll just have to find yet another new senorita, or mamacita, or whatever-cita I can find. Hahaha.

Claims 48 hours verification. End of day two they claimed it was alot todo and it would take 3 days to get verified. Its now soon day 6 and im still not verified. Support keeps throwing generic answers at me and cannot give any timeframe at all. I have been "upped" in que twice apparently which is probably total bollocks because if there is any kind of que they could actually check how far along I would be. They are now basically holding my two withdrawals hostage and I assume that they are hoping that I will cancel my withdraw to gamble it away which is a known technique shifty casinos use. No proper casino will keep you waiting 6+ days for verification and I would avoid this site at all cost.

Awful customer service, most of the time I have the feeling that I talk to a robot (automated responses) never answer my questions fully and so on. Reward system even worse than the CS. I deposited pretty frequently some period, and lost much more than I won. So I thought I ask the CS if there is any free spins or bonus in for me. The response was always the same: "unfortunately at the moment there is no bonus available for you, please check your account from time to time to see if there is a bonus in there. I checked almost every day for like a month, there was nothing, ever.
