All I have is negative experiences with this casino.
On 17th of August I made 2 deposits, worth 30€ and 13€ with instant banking. Funds were charged from my bankaccount but was never credited to my player account. I have taken contact with the customer service who keep saying they can see my funds are on their way and ”in safe” but my bank is holding them. I contacted my bank who confirmed this is bullshit and the funds have been transferred at the first banking day after 17th, which means on Monday 19th. This is now 4th banking day and still my funds have not been added on my player account NOR returned to my bank account. I do not know what this casino is up to but they seem very shady with all these stories.
