Refusing to issue my welcome bonus
I signed up to manga casino and checked the terms for the welcome bonus as well as the general bonus terms. at no point did it state Ireland was not able to claim the welcome bonus. I deposited 50 euros but the welcome bonus did not add. I emailed manga casino and they claimed it was on the account. I took screenshots and sent them highlighting it was not. Manga casino then claimed, actually the welcome bonus wasn't available in my country. This is not listed anywhere in their terms. If they do not issue the welcome bonus I wish for the account to be closed and the deposit refunded (I have not played with it). The casino has now stopped responding due to me complaining.

I think it is clear this casino is using their bonus as a honey trap and not honouring it at all.
