Unusually slow wirthdrawl process but still process within a week & a half :(
They have a max daily withdrawal limit of 5000sek and you’re not able to make a new request until the first one is accepted, which can take up to 3 working days. I then, after waiting for my withdrawal to be accepted get it cancelled and I am told to split my withdrawal into 2500x2 with no explanation at all, just that “the financial department requires it”. They’re obviously trying to stall my withdrawal. I requested it on Saturday last week and today its Wednesday and still no money.
## Update ##
I am making a follow up on my review.
I finally got one withdrawal of 2500sek on my bank account, 6 days after requesting it. However, the other 2500sek that I requested at the same time will according to support be accepted tomorrow. I get no other reason as to why then:“The casino administration reserves the right to make payments according to individual schedule, set the minimum and maximum amount per one transaction and the time for this transaction, which may differ depending on the method of withdrawal, your account level or other relevant factors.“
The support is always rude and never helpful. I’ve never gotten such bad treatment from a casino.

I asked Librabet to close my account because im addicted in gambling. I had 1500 euro in the account and told them i Will loose everything, i cant stop playing. I even told my father (im 32) to write because i was crying and feelt very bad!
The Said "we can not close the account if you have money in it". ALL casino over the world would freeze or close it until i would withdraw all money. So what happend? I lost everything. All my money and this has broken me down and me and my family are not thesame anymore.
