The games on the site are great and I enjoy them. The live chat is usually great but can have some delays. When there is a problem with games they try and fix as soon as they can.
Bonus system and offers are bad.
Before cashing out a decent amount I would be credited 5-10 percent of cashback on all my deposits over a certain amount when I asked in chat.
Once I received this decent cash out and put in another few thousand dollars over the next few weeks, they proceeded to tell me I had no bonuses. They keep saying that nothing is guaranteed and that was not a reoccurring thing but up until the cash out I was getting this but it was because I cashed out.
The thing that annoyed me the most was when they said cashing out doesn't have any play in the bonus cashback when it clearly did. My friend hasn't had a big cash out and did the same deposits as me and asked from the cash back or spins at the same time he received it and I did not.
Their bonuses offered in the offers section are terrible as well with a max of $20 for most regardless of the deposit.

Please do not use LeoVegas or any of their brands. They do not care about their customers. They completely failed me as a problem gambler. Their responsible gambling tools were non-existent. They have absolutely zero morals and are simply in it for the money. I will be reporting them to the UKGC and taking legal action. Please avoid using them - they cannot be allowed to get away with their behaviour.
