I have been playing on Lemon for 4 years and a lot has changed, payouts are much faster now, I even had them on the same day recently. Contact with the chat is ok, I haven't had a situation where they wouldn't help me, and quite often after contacting the chat you can count on a free bonus without a deposit. One of the few casinos where I have a big advantage :)
Nothing to like, as they try to do anything to avoid cash out. I could say they have many games and some promotions, but bonus rules aren't fair have a very low maximum bet rule - 2EU, and no solution for that at the software level. You may have won 100000 and by chance click 2,5 EU they will definitely confiscate all your money without any remorse.

They don't follow their own T&Cs. I have won 1200+ EU totally by mistake overbetting up to 4 EU. In their rules is clearly written that."Higher than admissible rates (before full turnover), will not be taken into account." They should recalcuacte the balance wich will not change to much remaining over 1000. I repeat this is the exactly that follows from their rules, but they confiscated my balance totally to 0. Beware this website that called them "casino". This is near to be scam. Believe me as a gambler who has experience with 50+ online casinos and casino groups. There are just much more choices. Beware also about overrated reviews and high ratings given to them in some casino-review websites. Most of them are fake- it's obvious.
There is nothing likable about this casino. The experience as a whole is very frustrating. So frustrating that I am wastining my time just to make sure I leave a review so in case one person reads it they'd know to not register.
They run a scamming system. When you try to withdraw they ask you for documents, which is fair. However, some of the documents they ask are impossible to provide. For example, they asked me to ask my bank to issue a document with my name and address as a proof of address. No bank does that; a bank is not an identity provider so they don't have such a procedure in place. Furthermore, they wanted a pdf screenshot which contained a record of the amount I deposited to lemon casino and the document should contain my name and address in it. When you check your banking transactions, unless it is a generated statement, the name and address are not directly visible on the transactions page, that's actually for security reasons; also, you as a customer don't need to see your name and address, for obvious reasons.
Obviously they have a system to camouflage the scam but that's beyond the point. Just don't play there, period.
