Hacking problems, the slowest withdraw I have seen and terrible costumer service.
I discovered this site on askgamblers.com, and I have to say that the information provided there is completely misleading. First of all, in the "What We Like" section, it states that the site offers fast withdrawals, which is not true at all. It took me about a week to receive my first payment. The withdrawal limit is listed as "Not Stated," but they actually have a $5,000 limit per week.
Additionally, the financial department doesn't operate on weekends, so don't expect any responses during that time. When I registered on the site, my verification was approved, but after I won a significant amount, I was asked to provide additional proof for some reason. My theory is that they delay everything, so you’ll spend your winnings. When you request your withdraw it can take a few days before they process it, personally I find very dishonest.
At one point, my account was hacked, and unauthorized withdrawals were made (which were refunded). They also played $2,000, and I was told they could do nothing about it since they couldn't determine who was playing. However, they did block my withdrawals, claiming there was fraudulent activity in my account but refusing to recover the money lost due to the fraudulent activity. Also they never notify me that my account was hack. I fund out when I tried to do my weekly 5K withdraw and that it said that the password was not valid. I never received a email, notification nothing. Also for a week I told them that there was 2k missing from my account and told me that they refund it witch was not visible on the site. I figured out that the hacks played the money when I requested the details activity from my account.
It's strange because this has been my best experience on a site due to my big win, but it's also been the worst because of everything that has happened and the treatment I received.
