Kryptosino casino - Account deactivated without any reason

I reached out to live chat support because I only got 60 cent weekly rakeback instead of the 48,17 EUR mentioned in the rewards section.

She never came back to me after asking me to hold on a moment .

Later I notice my account is deactivated while I still had balance and weekly + monthly rakeback of close to 100 EUR total waiting to be claimed in the personal rewards section of my personal profile.

I contacted live chat and sent an email to kryptosino but they don’t seem to care to explain why my account was deactivated and what I should do?

They truly are the worst casino experience I ever had in my life.

Following a careful review of valid information and proof presented by Kryptosino Casino management, the AskGamblers Complaint Team came to the conclusion that the complaint is not complying with AGCCS Guidelines, section Foul language, and is, therefore, rejected.

Using offensive language or any other form of activity that could be classified as verbal aggression is considered a severe violation of the AGCCS Terms and lead to immediate rejection of the case as well as to a permanent ban on using any of the services offered by AskGamblers.

Your account was placed on a Security Review on Thursday 16th of March at 11:59:50 shortly after you visited live chat to inquire about bonus funds aquired while playing with the Wager Free First Deposit Bonus.

As per our Terms and Conditions we reserve the right to suspend your account for a limited period (see Terms and Conditions: Termination of an account) of time or close your account if:

We are not satisfied with the results of any security review;

Instead of sending a proper and well mannered email as instructed by the Live Chat agent, you yet again, failed to contain your emotions and called us and I quote 'foul language removed' (can provide screenshot of the email message if askgamblers mods need it).

In other words, you never gave us the chance to provide you with our service because you sent the email just to insult and threaten us in the first place.

Since you contacted us again with a complaint, we want to provide you with the findings from the Security Review that your account was placed on, as stated in the first paragraph.

In the 1.10 paragraph of our Bonus Terms and Conditions, it is stated that: If you play with a bonus, funds are first taken from the real money balance, and after that from the bonus money balance. Bets made with bonus balance will not be reflected in the loyalty reward system.

Here are the findings of the security review:

Since you accumulated the loyalty reward points with winnings made from a matching bonus, as per Bonus Terms and Conditions (1.10) that makes you ineligible to collect the loyalty reward points. Cancelling bonus generated winnings and playing with real money for the purpose of accumulating loyalty points is considered abuse of the system, and any winnings originating from such abuse will be forfeited in accordance to our Bonus Terms and Conditions.

After the unsatisfactory outcome of the Security Review, we decide to keep your account deactivated.
