The Cyprus based site has a peculiar conduct regarding withdrawals.
I am using a mastercard for deposits, and a couple of times I've been told that withdrawals can not be made using this method.
Then I'll receive an email, explaining that there is no problem making a withdrawal via mastercard.

Last week it was impossible for me to make a withdrawal via mastercard, I'm told that my region does not support it.
In the end I gave up and was told to use banktransfer method for withdrawal.
It would take 1-3 days, I was told.
Three days later I was told it would take 1-7 days for at withdrawal via bank transfer.
It has now been 7 days and I'm wondering if it is normal to expect it to take 8 or more days.

It's my first attempt at using banktransfer, and I hope there is no problems regarding this issue.
If King Billy would like to respond, that would be great.

Also, bonuses, promotions and free comps are on the cheap side. Leveling through the VIP program is extremely slow and higher levels don't bring much of a privilege. You get the same cheap comp as lower levels. Yes you can exchange your points for bigger rewards, but these points take so long to earn that this isn't such a worthy compensation as it seems. Also, when you receive free spins, most of the time you get only ten and though they are offered on good slots, these are often offered on slots with extremely high volatility and always at the lowest possible bet level. So unless you are extremely lucky, you often end up with 10 dead spins or a 15¢ winning, so basically you're free comps are often worthless.

Finally, even though they still advertise it on their sites, the casino has recently decided to cancel cashback bonus on the day it was due, supposedly because that promotion is under "renovation". It is their right entirely to stop whatever promotion they might offer. Only problem is that for three weeks preceding that, they had advertise cashback for all for the entire month, then suddenly, cancelled the promotion on the day cashback were supposed to be paid out. In my opinion, if they wanted to remove the promotion and act ethically, these cashback bonuses should have been paid out before they made their announcement that there wouldn't be any cashback bonus for the weeks to come. The cancellation of the bonus on the day it is due and while the site still advertise weekly cashback bonus is a rip off. It is unprofessional and dishonest.
