They once offered bonuses directly through their chat agents. This made getting a bonus very convenient, but that also disappeared around the same time.

I actually think they may have fired most of their VIP staff because now you’re lucky to get a response from your VIP Manager the same day.

Anyone who regularly plays slots online will tell you, when all your money runs out and you really need a bonus from your VIP manager, you definitely don’t want to wait 12hrs for it.

The bonuses they offer now have become so tired.

They only offers their players access to ONE tournament, and it’s their in house tournament when you can win some free spins. That’s it.

No quests, no wheel perks, no store to purchase bonuses, very tired platform with poor navigating. For example, If you want to play a slot from pragmatic play but you can’t remember the name, you just know it starts with a T. It will take you 5 mins to finally scroll down to the game after hitting the “more” button 5000 times. That’s not even the worst part. If you don’t like the a game and you go back to the menu, it starts at the beginning again.

I did not like anything in King Billy. They have only a crypto option to deposit and if you by mistake deposit by Skrill which is only for dollars and euros, your money will be stuck and they will not give your money while you are trying to withdraw.
While withdrawal every time they rejected to provide a silly reason, even you submit all your document and approved by their team. And we do not have option to direct chat with an agent, and they will also solve your ticket in their favor

It is peculiar that the maximum withdrawal via bank transfer is 500 euros. However, they approve several withdrawals at a time so you are able to withdraw larger sums. Other than that, nothing negative.

The worse vip managers. They won’t reply to your concerns right and will make you wait forever to get you messages accross. This is the terrible part of the great casino.
