I am a punter from New Zealand and in my opinion King Billy is by far the BEST online casino I have joined and played on. Only the fast support is good experience. dont really understand why you have to type 150 letters in the positive section when in cant genially think anything more than the live agents. Been depositing here for long time multiple times, never won anything. Well finally I got lucky and made a nice withdrawal. Its been on pending state 3 days now even tough they state that withdrawals will be processed within 24hrs. And yes I have sent docs and they have been verified..

So I dont like the slow action on withdrawals.

First off there's never been a casino that actually has someone emailed me and ask me what kind of bonus do i actually like. I got an email from Natali from king billy asking me what kind of bonus do i like. Is it free spins or maybe reloads , and in what currency do i want my bonus to be. I was very impressed!
