I've been using king Billy casino since I discovered it in April this year, there's not a bad word I could say about it to be honest. The only thing I have negative to say about King Billy is the min $300 withdrawal option for bank transfers. Seeing as this is the only option available I would be much happier if it was $100 or $150. Other casinos offer this option and its hard to win up to that amount most times.

There isn't much to dislike so just not too sure why they don't have some games from Netent within their offering. On their game selection, descriptive info like volatility, RTP, etc... could be added.

I had deposited using a code that was DM'd to me on Instagram... it was 200% match and 200 free spins on Jammin Jars (love that slot) and everything was fine and dandy until it was the 3rd pack of spins (on the 3rd day as they release 20 a day) and I had won 128$. After the free spins, I stayed on Jammin Jars to continue playing as I was aware that I had a wager requirement and I had left the bet the same amount that my free spins were per spin which was $.80 and i am guessing i played around 30 spins or so and I was surprised to see that pop up that, well, pops up when you have insufficient guns to place a bet and so I contacted the live chat and they initially responded quickly and stated they would check my account to see what was going on and so I waited. Almost 10 mins and then the response was "sorry i am here, don't worry. I am checking for you now" and I haff company coming over so after 10 more minutes I had to be AFK and when I reopened the chat I had seen that it had taken 20 minutes for the response and wad told that the max win from the free spins was max 35$ and that since I had won more than that, it had been voided/reset/ confiscated to 35$ and then the wagering started.

To me this is ridiculous since it was bonus money and I should have been able to continue with the amount I had won to play with and work on my wagering requirement and to me this just seem seems unfair and petty... I wanted to look up the terms and conditions regarding the bonus and I cannot find them anywhere which is convenient.. not. It seems to me that if the max win in the conditions is 35 then that would only pertain to what you win AFTER the wagering requirement and NOT bonus money... this makes me think that their seemingly generous bonuses are really quite the opposite and that the only point of them is to prevent their players from actually winning anything. Was a loyal player here until recently. I have noticed the support staff becoming less friendly with issues like weekly bonus codes not showing up properly and having to manually add. Then today as I was playing 3 games I was asked to reset my browser cache and cookies by support because yet again I was not credited my bonus. This causes one of the games I had on auto spin to timeout and I just opened another tab. King Billy I thought was a newly established casino as I only got to know them beginning last year or end of 2018. I saw they were established in 2017 already and I never knew them. This Direx casino is one of the good ones with fast pay-outs I am not sure who I could have missed it.

I remember before I joined them I try to find a free bonus from them, however nothing was available then, but I see today all over they offering a sign up bonus of x amount of free spins. They also offer a welcome offer of 121% and 51 free spins which are odd numbers in terms of bonus amounts/allocations. I remember last year I come to discover they offered a signed-up AG coin of 10 euro with x1 wagering, which really upset me as I could not claim the offer since I was an existing member.

They have games from many providers, but they lack providers like ELK (which has become one of my favourites) these days, Push Gaming etc. The other default famous ones like Netent, GameArt, Play 'N Go, Quickspin are all there.

I have not played here for over a year almost and had made a couple of deposits recently since I saw they offer my currency as option which was very good.
