This casino is very very poorly ran. For starters it's by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. This brainiacs sent me a promo via my direct email that I took advantage of. They proceeded to not honor the promotion even though it was their mistake to send me a promo that I did not qualify for. And made no attempt to remedy the matter.
